This beautiful well equipped villa with private pool is set in a quiet, picturesque location amongst grape vines and almond trees. It is set on levels making it ideal for two separate families. The pool is kidney shaped and has a slide for the children. The garden is very pretty, well maintained, has brick built kitchenette and all garden furniture. There are two terraces one of which has a brick built barbecue, table and chairs. The second is a covered terrace, which overlooks the pool and garden. On the upper level of the villa there is a lounge/dining area, which has comfortable leather sofa's, satellite TV (English), dining table and chairs. The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom 1 and 2 have double beds, bedroom 3 has twins beds. The lower level has a bathroom and kitchenette. Bedroom 4 has twin beds and a seating area with a sofa and TV. Bedroom 5 has a double bed and built in wardrobe. All linen is provided. All rooms have ceiling fans or air conditioning.
Outside;
An 8 x 4 pool with a slide is excellent fun for children (under supervision), whereas the adults will love the outside bar/kitchen. There is a good size barbecue, a wide range of mediterraean plants, palm trees, olive, fig, lemon and orange trees.
