Vacation Rental Description
This beautiful well equipped villa with private pool is set in a quiet, picturesque location amongst grape vines and almond trees. It is set on levels making it ideal for two separate families. The pool is kidney shaped and has a slide for the children. The garden is very pretty, well maintained, has brick built kitchenette and all garden furniture. There are two terraces one of which has a brick built barbecue, table and chairs. The second is a covered terrace, which overlooks the pool and garden. On the upper level of the villa there is a lounge/dining area, which has comfortable leather sofa's, satellite TV (English), dining table and chairs. The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom 1 and 2 have double beds, bedroom 3 has twins beds. The lower level has a bathroom and kitchenette. Bedroom 4 has twin beds and a seating area with a sofa and TV. Bedroom 5 has a double bed and built in wardrobe. All linen is provided. All rooms have ceiling fans or air conditioning.
Outside;
An 8 x 4 pool with a slide is excellent fun for children (under supervision), whereas the adults will love the outside bar/kitchen. There is a good size barbecue, a wide range of mediterraean plants, palm trees, olive, fig, lemon and orange trees.
Garden swing seat/relaxing 'back garden' for the quieter moments...

    • Outside kitchen, bar, slide to pool with gate restriction for children. Traditional spanish BBQ, 3 terraces - one covered Naya, back garden. Spilt level can accomodate 2 families. private and rural outlook, but 5mins drive to Calpe, beautiful beaches, restaurants and lively town. Moraria, more sedate, markets and family beaches, diving facilites and golf courses nearby.

    • 5 mins drive away is a local beach, which includes a beach bar. Larger beaches in Calpe (8 minutes drive) with excellent fish restaurants in the harbour area, Moraria (12 mins drive) and Javea hold outstanding beaches with children's climbing frames, beach bars/shops and promenades. Excellent golf courses in surrounding area. Javea hosts 2 golf courses (approx 20 mins drive), Jalon Valley holds 1. Diving facilities are in Moraria. There are watersports in Javea, Moraria and Calpe. Horse Riding in nearby Javea. Walking and Wine Tasting in the Jalon Valley, scenic waterfalls and facilities for collecting your own natural spring water in nearby Gata.
    Benidorm holds 3 acclaimed theme parks (35-45 mins drive) for all ages, including a water park and zoo.
    A Supermarket is approximately 3 minutes drive where there is a local 'CAM' bank and cashpoint. Calpe is a major town with an array of shops/banks/restaurants and everything you can think of (10 minutes drive).

    Deposit of 30% payable on booking. Booking form sent on confirmation of booking. Remaining payment due 8 weeks before arrival. Bank transfer or cash to Spanish Bank Account. Security Deposit for Damages is £300 per week, this is paid into an English Account and held until final checks are made - returned via bank subject to check.
