Vacation Rental Description
Our 3 Bedroom Villa with Pool in Moraira, nestling in the Benimeit hills on the Costa Blanca, has breath-taking views of hills, the Teulada valley, Moraira and the Mediterranean Sea. This spacious, detached villa, set on a 1284 sq metre plot, it is approached via a sweeping drive through iron gates to a large turning/parking area next to the double arched carport and garage. 
 
 
LIVING AREAS 
 
A short flight of wide steps lead to the spacious accomodation which together with the pool terrace is then all on one level. 
 
Entrance is through a large glazed Naya, (or covered terrace). This room is furnished for dining and affords year round panoramic views towards Moraira and the Mediterranean sea through the 14 feet wide arched window. 
 
A set of double doors allow easy access to an open Naya and pool terrace. A wide arch leads to the lounge which is comfortably and tastefully furnished and contains a remote controlled terrestrial and satellite 32" HD LCD television, DVD player, Video recorder and CD Hi-FI unit. A selection of tapes, CDs and videos are provided, but you may also like to take along your own favourites. Free WiFi is available throughout the villa. 
 
Double glazed French doors in the lounge, with intregal Shutter and Mosquito Screen also allow access to the pool terrace and both rooms are airconditioned with remote control. 
 
 
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS 
 
A similar archway leads from the kitchen to the sleeping accomodation. This comprises three large double sized rooms, each with wall mirrors, bedside tables and touch lights, chests of drawers and built-in wardrobes with coat hangars.  
 
The master is complete with a 5 ft bed, a 32" remote controlled HD LCD Sat and terrestrial TV, a drinks fridge and luxury ensuite bathroom with corner Jacuzzi bath, separate shower cubicle and twin vanitory basins set in an elegant illuminated vanitory unit. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a 22" TV for connecting games machines and it's own washhand basin. Bedroom 3, has a 5 ft bed and is situated opposite the family bathroom and the Guest WC. 
 
All bedrooms and living areas have remote control airconditioning/heating and ceiling fans and all bedrooms and bathrooms have mosquito screens, the bedrooms also having intregal window shutters. This makes our villa comfortable at all times of the year.

Double Sink, Ceramic Hob, 2 Electric Multipurpose Fan Ovens, Electric Coffee Maker, Electric Toaster, Electric Juicer, Electric Food Processor, Electric Kettle Plastic plates, bowls and glasses etc are also provided for use outside and around the swimming pool Outside the kitchen, there is a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and double sink unit and an Extra Shower Room with WC and washhand basin. The gardens, consist of several, landscaped terraces to the front and rear of the villa. These contain palm trees, Bougainvilleas, Oleanders, Yucca's and many other local varieties. The main, secluded terrace, contains the 9.5 m by 5m pool, the outside Naya, the Casita (little house) with BBQ, sun loungers, tables and chairs, - all with wonderful panoramic sea views. The swimming pool, terrace, Casita with BBQ and Naya are all illuminated, - ideal for a midnight swim!

The Costa Blanca is considered to be one of Spain's most attractive coastal regions. It combines rugged mountains and white sandy beaches with fertile plains of rich orange groves and almond orchards. Stretching midway along Spain's easten coast it retains a very Spanish atmosphere with many picturesque fishing villages, unspoint coves and inlets and numerous places of interest to visit. 
 
From basketwork to locally made pottery, noughet and honey to caves, citadels and castles, the Costa Blanca offers so much more than just "sun, sea and sand"! 
 
The attractions of Terramitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar are all a short drive away, as is the Vergal Safari Park. 
 
As in other parts of Spain, Fiestas and Saint's Days are celebrated here with processions and parties, fireworks, food and wine! They are definetely not to be missed.

MORAIRA

Originally a small fishing village, Moraira has grown into a pretty, cosmopolitan town and is situated approximately 75 km from Alicante and 95km from Valencia in an area of outstanding beauty.

The local authority has exerted control over Moraira's development, with the result that it consists of mainly detached private villas on the surrounding hillsides with few holiday apartments and no "package holiday" hotels or numerous hi-rise buildings so common in other resorts. Whilst it retains an unspoilt charm, Moraira still has plenty to offer for all age groups.

There are many fine sandy beaches near to the centre of Moraira which slope gently into the Mediterranean Sea and are ideal for children. There is also a small funfair and several Discos in town or nearby.

For those who prefer more sporting activities, water sports including jet ski and sub aqua, boat hire, golf (La Sella Golf Course), tennis, horse riding and Go-cart racing are all very close to hand.

With hundreds of local Restaurants, having styles and nationalities too numerous to mention and delightful cafes and bars providing "tapas" and refreshment, Moraira and the surrounding area provide a culinary delight for it's visitors. It has the full spectrum of price ranges and there is something for everyone and everyone's pocket. These include, "La Taberna Suisse", "La Sort", "El Sid's" and "Monroe's Carvery"! The "menu del dia" can provide excellent value for money and even today you can find a three-course meal with bread and wine included for less than 10 Euros.

There are several local supermarkets for stocking up on your duty paid allowances or for those that want to do your own cooking in our well equipped kitchen, or perhaps on the BBQ, fresh meats, sumptuous locally caught fish and shell food, fruit and vegetables can all be obtained in local open air markets, each village having it's own "day".

Moraira has all the normal services of a small modern town, and banks, garages, boutiques, gift and souvenir shops, newsagents and book shops are all plenty-full.

The arrival time for villa occupancy is given as 6pm to ensure that Casa Lindau is ready for your holiday. We have no objection, within reason, to you arriving earlier than this time, remembering that there may be cleaners evident and that they must not be hindered in the preparation of the villa. Please enquire if you are unsure about this point.
* Extra infants up to the age of approx 2 years will be allowed, by prior arrangement at no extra cost.
** The villa will receive a full clean prior to your visit and all beds made up.
Extra cleaning and linen change, car hire, cot hire, put-u-up beds and food welcome packs etc can be provided but at extra cost. - Please enquire.
Please note that, smoking is allowed but pets of any type are not allowed in our villa.
