Pite is set, with other similarly large and exclusive individual villas, in a desireable residential location five to ten minutes by car, from the small coastal town of Moraira. Built on the top ridge of a pine covered hill straddling two valleys, south facing with all-day sunshine, it enjoys an elevated position affording stunning views of the various distant inland valleys and the Bernia mountain ranges which act as a backdrop to the most mesmerising sunsets.
The villa is built in the Castellion style, with the double aspect lounge taking full advantage of the surrounding countryside. The position and design enables the villa to keep cool during the heat of the day. The property is well maintained.
With the plot enjoying maximum sun hours each day, there are various terraces laid out for sitting/sunbathing should one wish to enjoy aspects of the gardens and views. To the front of the villa there are distant views of the sea via the El Portet valley.
There is a 10 x 5 metre private pool, with Roman steps, and sun terrace with an additional covered Pergola area to shelter from the sun and to admire the open views to the front.
Accommodation - comprises of a bright, large living/dining room, well furnished, with Digital Satellite television*.
A fully fitted well equipped kitchen. The conservatory/sun room (more an observatory) makes for pleasant use at any time of the day or night. There are two bedrooms (double and twin). The double has an en-suite bathroom and there is a separate shower room, each fully tiled.

Benidorm, about 30 mins drive away with theme park, water park, wildlife park and Benidorm Palace for Vegas style shows etc

The nearest Golf course is Club de Golf Ifach, a mere 10 minute drive. MORAIRA originally a small fishing village within the municipality of Teulada, has grown into a holiday and retirement resort within the last 25 years. The village centre, with its small and colourful Main Street, still retains much of the original character and atmosphere. The Local Authority has exerted strong planning control since the beginning and prevented the development characteristic of other Spanish coastal resorts and provides views of the coastline uncluttered with high-rise buildings.
