Alexander is set within the hills of Moraira, in an area called 'La Vina', with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea. This beautiful villa is away from it all yet only minutes to the town of Moraira, by car, and offers super living accommodation and plenty of outdoor space, within a large plot at the end of a cul-de-sac. Designed and tastefully finished to a high standard, this villa demonstrates the modern look.
Arranged as two separate three-bedroom apartments, the main larger one on the first floor, it is ideal for two families holidaying together. Both follow an identical floor-plan, with a small modification to the downstair's living room and kitchen, being smaller, and not having a dining area.
We offer the flexibility of renting just the first floor apartment (the other to remain unoccupied) whereby a 25% discount on the rental rate applies, excluding July & August.
You enter the property through electric gates down a drive, where there is parking for two cars, additional parking outside.
First Floor main Accommodation - The spacious living & dining room offers a generous and stylish seating area with a feature fireplace, leather sofa suite, large Satellite television* and DVD player and a portable radio/cd/cassette player.
There is a dining area with suite, accommodating 4 people, onto a modern fully-fitted & equipped kitchen.
The main double bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, whilst the additional bedrooms share the facilities of a family bathroom. There is an outside terrace furnished with a dining suite for 6 persons.
Ground Floor Accommodation - The Satellite television here operates individually, allowing each apartment to watch what they want. There is an additional fully-equipped kitchen here.
All bedrooms in both apartments benefit from ceiling fans and ample wardrobe space.
Please note that external stairs link the two floors; there is no internal staircase.
Outside - The 8 x 4 rectangular swimming pool, with ladder step access, is surrounded by a wooden decked terrace area and benefits from a gas barbecue and outside cooking area, situated next to the pool. The large mature garden, below the pool terrace level, has large palms and mature citrus (orange and grapefruit) and Araucaria trees - this area is very private, and also benefits from an additional shaded seating/eating area with a coal barbecue.

Benidorm, about 30 mins drive away with theme park, water park, wildlife park and Benidorm Palace for Vegas style shows etc.
The nearest Golf course is Club de Golf Ifach, a mere 10 minute drive. MORAIRA originally a small fishing village within the municipality of Teulada, has grown into a holiday and retirement resort within the last 25 years. The village centre, with its small and colourful Main Street, still retains much of the original character and atmosphere. The Local Authority has exerted strong planning control since the beginning and prevented the development characteristic of other Spanish coastal resorts and provides views of the coastline uncluttered with high-rise buildings.
