Semi detached villa on a quiet small development, with communal pool and gardens,1.2km (5min drive/15min walk) from town and beaches.Sleeps 7. 
Accomodation is on two levels with the main living/dining area, one double,one twin bedroom and a bathroom upstairs. Bedroom with bunk beds plus a single bed and bathroom downstairs.There is also a utility room with washing machine downstairs. 
There is a suuny terrace on the first floor with outside dining furniture and sun loungers. There are also private garden areas to the front and rear of the property. 
Moraira is a lovely resort with excellent shops and restaurants and 3 blue flag beaches.

    25% deposit is required to secure a booking, the balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to start of rental period. A security deposit of £150 is required. This is refunded 7 days after completion of rental period provided there are no breakages or damage to the property. Payment can be either by cheque or electronic bank transfer. Euro rates available on request. Cancellation: The deposit is non-refundable on cancellation. 75% refunded if cancelled 4-6 weeks prior to start date. 50% refund if cancelled 2-4 weeks prior to start date. no refund if cancelled within 2 weeks of start date. Adequate insurance cover is recommended in case of cancellation.
