All set in secure tropical gardens with pool bar, barbecue and numerous terraces to sunbathe and dine privately - Ideal for large parties. 5 minutes drive from the exclusive safe and sandy blue flag beach of El Portet and its renouned gourment restaurant La Dauphin overlooking the bay. Only 7 minutes into Moraira village where the once fishing cottages have now become fashionable bistro restaurants amongst the vibrant and numerous cosmopolitan boutiques and shops. Casa Havana's beautiful gardens offer an extra large private swimming pool with pool shower and a 6 person spa hot tub set under an open Moroccan thatched roof. With its plentiful sun lounges, it's just ideal to enjoy a good book or sunbathe while relaxing with a chilled wine from your own well-stocked pool bar, under the mature palm trees.
Casa Havana has many individual terraced areas offering al fresco dining in abundance. Enjoy the separate barbecue area with large wooden table and chairs under a further thatched umbrella; breakfast can be taken on the Naya enjoying the stunning views across to the mountain through the pine forest.
Feel safe and secure and enjoy total privacy as you walk around this detached villa with fountains and classical terracotta courtyard, fruit trees and its numerous terraces, set behind high walls with traditional Moroccan doors. Securely park your cars behind electronic, up and over doors with space for 4 cars.
Casa Havana sleeps 2-16 people. This luxury 5/7 bedroom villa is spacious and airy, with full air conditioning and gas central heating, At Casa Havana there is also a Luxury Penthouse suite available to rent with the villa at an extra charge depending upon the season. Rental of the penthouse is compulsory for more than 12 people. If not rented the penthouse is locked and unoccupied.
Main Villa bedrooms: 3 doubles + 2 twins + 1 Moroccan twin den ideal for children
Main Villa washrooms: 3 bathrooms + 1 en-suite bathroom.
Spacious open plan reception: Individual blue unit lounge seating for 10 people. 2 large wooden coffee tables and 2 small side tables. French doors onto the south facing Naya and leading through to the large kitchen dining area. Fully equipped with satellite tv, dvd, vcr and music centre.
Private Penthouse Suite: Bedrooms: double bedroom and double sofa bed in conservatory lounge. Luxury large 2 person spa hydrotherapy bath and separate shower with massaging jets, vanity unit and w.c. and French doors onto a small Juliette balcony.
Facilities
All house linen is included: On a 14 day holiday, fresh linen and housekeeping is provided midway. (Pool/Beach Towels are not provided - please pack your own or you can purchase in the Town at a reasonable cost). General: Washing machine, dishwashers, full air conditioning, ceiling fans, house linen, free standing fans, gas central heating, safe. Leisure: TV, dvd player, video, satellite Sky TV, radio, stereo system, CD player, board games, cable TV, video library, book library and hairdryers. Outdoors: Numerous balconies and terraces, garden, barbecue, large private pool, washing line, parking, garage, plentiful patio/garden furniture, shade umbrellas, pool bar and fridge, hot tub spa under an open Moroccan thatched roof, outside night pool lighting. WiFi internet access is provided.
Activities
The area offers golf, sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, climbing, windsurfing, canoeing, cycling, tennis, walking parascending, horse riding, jet ski, go-carting, aqua park, sports complex, snorkeling, swimming and sea fishing. Within the town of Moraira, there are many excellent restaurants, bars and clubs, together with modern supermarkets. It is also only a 40 minute drive to the theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Nature, Aqualandia and Mundomar just outside Benidorm. A night at the Benidorm Palace is highly recommended.
