The villa is set in large quiet & secluded pretty gardens with own pool. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac makes it safe for children. The villa is set on the side of the El Portet hills facing south. Accommodation is over two floors - both entirely self contained for privacy.

The drive has parking for 3 cars and leads to steps up to a covered naya with living room incorporating a leather sofa and sofa bed, plus two further bedrooms - double and twin, new luxury bathroom, kitchen which leads down steps to a garden and patio to the rear.

Separate studio accommodation on the ground floor includes a combined sleeping/dining area with kitchenette. There's a double bed with a bunk-bed room to the rear. There's a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink and washing machine. Also to the rear is a large patio with BBQ overlooking the pool for al fresco eating with furniture, large umbrella and sun loungers. This is ideal accommodation for 2 families wishing to holiday together.

All linen and towels are provided as is villa cleaning on departure.

However there is a charge of 10 euros per person plus 70 euros for the cleaning unless the villa is only part used, where the rates are reduced.
