It offers 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and can sleep 10 people in complete comfort plus a put-u-up bed and cot if required. 
 
Located in the delightful area of Baladrar near Moraira with sea views this villa is ideally situated to enable you to enjoy all the numerous aspects of life in and around the Costa Blanca. 
 
Just a few hundred yards from a local beach, 1/2 mile from an elegant, large supermarket, and many local restaurants, some within walking distance. It has been said that one can dine in and around Moraira for a year and never visit the same restaurant twice. 
 
If dining out is not your ideal, then this villa provides everything for you to stay in and enjoy good food. It comes with two separate kitchens in both the upper and lower floor areas as well as a separate BBQ area outside. 
The property is in its own large grounds and extensive sun terracing of over 300m2. The garden boasts many fine local plants and citrus trees. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and due to its size and position is very private.  
 
It has its own driveway and extensive parking area under the shade of several mature pine trees. All the main rooms have air-conditioning and for those staying in the cooler months the villa has central heating throughout.  
The villa boasts a private, beautiful, mosaic tiled swimming pool 9 x 4.5m surrounded by exotic palm trees as well as many terrace areas for sun bathing, sitting and lazing in a shady spot or just relaxing at one of the many outdoor dining areas to enjoy a drink, food or conversation with friends and family.  
 
This is a perfect location and facility for you and your friends to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday. 
 
Plenty to do for the more active including great golf (the nearest course is 5 minutes away) , water sports of all varieties, hiking in the mountains, walking the beaches or taking the younger members of your group to the adventure park of Terra Mitica, the water park of Aqualandia or the Nature reserve all these parks are just 30 minutes away. The beautiful city of Valencia is 1 hour away and you can catch the very efficient train service there for a relaxing and interesting day out. Or just relax by the pool.

All linen and house towels are provided within the rental price as is a generous usage of A/C. Free Broadband. Weekly pool and garden maintenance and all utilities. Cleaning and linen changes are available by prior arrangement for a supplement. Food supplies by arrangement.

Most activities are catered for in the region, from watersports of all types, to mountain walking/hiking, cycling and great golf.
