A private villa with superb pool amid pine trees less than a kilometre to the blue sea: perfect for a relaxed holiday. In its own grounds at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Casa Blanca features an elevated pool and spacious sun terrace. Step out of the cool living room straight into the 10m x 6m pool! Enjoy poolside eating under a shaded dining porch with seating for eight by the tiled barbecue. Our villa is laid out for two families to be together while enjoying some privacy: each floor has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. 12 minutes stroll to restaurants and bars by the Mediterranean. Outside the July/August period, you may also be able to rent the 1st floor apartment of Casa Blanca at considerably lower rates. This is the floor you see in the main picture. It has two a double cefroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, a spacious sitting and dining room, modern kitchen and, of course, the wonderful shaded dining porch for poolside meals. You would have exclusive and immediate access to the marvellous private pool and sun terrace adjoining the upper apartment.

Villa Casa Blanca is set in a quiet cul-de-sac ten minutes stroll through quiet lanes of oleander, bougainvillea and pines to the nearest beach and restaurants. Cafés, restaurants, shops, sandy beaches safe for children, gorgeous mountain scenery, traditional Spanish villages, arts-and-crafts markets are just minutes from Casa Blanca with its spectacular pool and sun terrace. Stylish Spanish shopping in Valencia and Alicante, world-class golf courses, tennis are close by along the Costa Blanca which has one of the best climates in the world, according to the World Health Organisation. Aqualandia and Terra Mitica, great for children, are less than an hour away. Moraira, the ideal spot for a perfect holiday.

An excellent holiday spent in the villa casa blanca Moraira, internet description is true, very good confort, efficiency with all facilities to cook, wash and grill in oven and on BBQ, property clean, nice pool, very romantic terrace, local property manager very pro. Good location to travel in the orange landscapes one hour driving outside of crowdy beachs, many villages, nice beachs to dive, and small towns to visit, like Denia, Jalon, Teulada, local markets around every day, good products, fruits and vegetables, etc ... A few small restaurants typical tapas food around, all banking facilities available, int'l press, good supermarkets to buy food. We strongly recommend this place to discover real face of South of Spain,our holiday took place from 13 june 2009 to 27 june 2009, about 30°C, poll water at 25°C..Total confidence into the owner, very good product..

We are delighted with our stay in your beautiful and magnificent villa. It is perfect for a holiday of unexpected peace. The pool is superb and very clean. You can live at your own pace, outside, through the "loggia" in which to read, eat or just lazing ...
The contacts with you as owners were via mail, but very friendly. We appreciated your local knowledge and advice and also meeting your local representatives (a very friendly couple).
Moraira is a beautiful resort, and very family-friendly. Local shopping is easy and varied. The landscapes are similar to the French Mediterranean coast, the Var.

There's lots to do for the hyper-active. Wonderful inland drives through traditional, sleepy Spanish villages, over the nearby mountains with breath-taking views over peaks and down to the sea.

But if you want to laze by the pool and read, we have a large library of books that you are welcome to borrow. Please leave them for us to read again.

These are the net rental rates for Casa Blanca. The first figure is for the 1st floor apartment , the second figure is for the whole house. We ask for a booking deposit of €300, by transfer to our bank in Moraira, with the balance of the rent payable one month before your stay. To make our rates transparent, we have broken down local costs as follows. Please pay in cash to our local rep. who will meet you on arrival: Cleaning, preparation and local rep. - €65 / €130 Heating + electricity charges €3-6 a day November-March: €10 a day max. (incl. central heating) Optional laundry/linen service: Where convenient, we invite you to bring your own bedsheets and bathroom towels to avoid these charges. These amount to €13 per person.
