3 bed detached villa with private pool and sunny roof terrace, accommodating six people, situated in Moraira and located approx one hour from Alicante and Valencia Airports and 30 mins from Benidorm where you will find Terra Mitica(Theme Park), Terra Natura(Animal & Water Park), Mundomar(Sea World) and Aqualandia(Water Park).

Two twin bedrooms and one double with en suite shower room, kitchen with fridge, good size cooker, bathroom with shower, nice lounge/diner, stereo CD, TV and DVD. Washing Machine and additional fridge/freezer in garage. Covered terrace for al fresco dining. Fully equipped including umbrellas and loungers, together with cooler box for the beach. Ample off road parking in the good size secluded flat garden. Central heating can be supplied at an additional cost during the winter months.

A short walk from the villa you will find the small shopping centre of Tabaira. Here you have everything you need; there is a well-stocked supermarket, a lovely baker, paper shop, hairdresser and several bars and restaurants, serving bar meals etc all day, the Pizzeria offers meals to take away if you wish, or just a coffee or a beer at one of the bars. At this little oasis you can also find a car hire/taxi office, public telephone booth and a post-box for the postcards home

For a slightly longer walk or drive the Sol Park tennis and leisure club beckons. Here you will find something for everyone – tennis, mini golf, bowling, pool and the popular Los Leones restaurant and bar. Just a little further down the road you will find a pharmacy and Pan, Pan, Jamon, Jamon - delicatessen and restaurant which is a big favourite with locals and very typically Spanish.

Moraira is a traditional fishing village, with a prestigious harbour and beautiful beach town that has evolved over time into an exclusive holiday venue. The good sandy beaches have the blue flag of the EU. Its unspoilt landscape is free of high-rise buildings - a quality that helps the town remain as stunning as it is, friendly and welcoming.
