Full Villa Description: Everything about this property is child friendly. The villa not only benefits from many extra entertainment features; from SKY TV to table tennis, but it is also just 3 minutes walk from a shared leisure centre (exclusively for residents) with many facilities, including a 2 restaurants, bar, tennis courts, pool tables,supermarket and a large swimming pool complex.

Entry is into a hallway. A few steps lead into an air conditioned lounge, which has comfortable seating for 10 people, satellite TV, CD and DVD player. Patio doors lead out onto the naya and poolside area. A hallway leads from the lounge to the dining room, which is at the centre of the ground floor, with open fireplace and very elegant decor throughout. The kitchen is also very spacious and contemporary, fitted with an island breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning and all modern conveniences. Double doors lead directly from the kitchen to the back patio which has a barbecue area and table tennis table. Also on the ground floor are three bedrooms. One double bedroom with king sized bed, en suite and air conditioning. There is a second double bedroom with a ceiling fan, and a third bedroom with twin beds and ceiling fan. There is a well equipped family bathroom shared by bedrooms 2 and 3. Access to the first floor is via an internal staircase off the hallway and leads into the enormous master suite. This suite has space for two extra folding beds, is air conditioned, with a dressing area, super king sized bed and a Juliet balcony overlooking the fruit trees in the garden. The final bedroom can be access ONLY through the entrance to the master suite, and is therefore suitable for children. This bedroom has twin beds, a sofa, TV, Playstation and air conditioning. There is also a door with stairs down to the pool terrace in this room, but the door can be locked for child safety. The pool itself is very large at 10m x 5m, can be flood lit at night, and is surrounded by terraces. There is a covered naya, ideal for dining in the shade and two seating areas outside. The villa is securely walled and gated, and there is a lot of outside lighting for the evening. There is off street parking for 3 cars. This property is in a great location, just 3 minutes walk from the Alcasar leisure centre with pool tables, tennis courts, restaurant, bar and an enormous communal pool with lawned surround; ideal for entertaining young children and teenagers (and for the express use of residents). Air conditioning is available at an extra charge of £100 per week.

Local sporting activities include: golf, swimming, sailing,
water skiing, snorkelling, sea fishing, cycling, tennis,
horse riding and fun can be had at the nearby aqua parks and safari
park.
Javea Golf Club is a 5 minute drive away and Ifach Golf Club a 15 minute Drive
Ferry trips are available from the ports of Javea and from nearby
Denia.
Weekly markets are held in both Moraira and Javea, as well as other
nearby towns.
Calpe with its superb fish restaurants near the harbour and good beaches and of course Benidorm that boasts Aqualandia, Mundo Mar (Sea World) and the Terra Mitica theme parks. Inland you will find the beautiful Jalon Valley and Bernia Mountain range plus caves, a safari park and waterfalls.
Terra Mitica,Benidorm: This spectacular Theme Park will transport you and your family back to the Roman and Greek eras.
