Upstairs...
has a large hallway which is easily accessable from the entrance.
Double Bedrooms 1 and 2
From the hall there are two large, well furnished double bedrooms, both with double beds, both with fitted mirrored wardrobes,bedside units and tables.
The rear bedroom also has connecting double opening french doors leading out onto the varanda and balcony.

Kitchen...
There is a separate and well equipped kitchen,double sink, large fridge/freezer, twin gas / electric oven and hob, microwave and a washing machine and seperate electric dryer.

Bathroom...
There is a separate bathroom containing a W.C. large bath / shower, there is a authentic green marble bathroom surface containing large white hand basin and a large walled mirror and fitted bathroom units.

The Lounge...
has a three seater sofa and matching two seater sofa that converts into a double bed. and two armchairs.The dinning area has a large dinning table and seating for six.TV satalite dvd and video players radio and an extensive dvd and video collection including children's dvd's and tapes

Veranda
The veranda overlooking the balcony, garden and pool, there is a three seater sofa (sofabed). The veranda/balcony contains white outdoor furniture,and seating for six,and has access from the second bedroom and the main lounge.

Balcony
Can be accessed from the veranda and has seperate outdoor steps to the patio area downstairs.

Downstairs-
There is a large lounge/dinning room dinning table and seating for six, two matching sofas one a three seater and the other a two seater and a sofa bed,
Kitchen
Fitted kitchen cupboards sink with work surfaces, and include built in storage cupboards electric cooker with oven and built in fridge.
Showeroom
There is a separate large shower room containing a W.C. shower and hand basin.

Downstairs
lounge/diner
There a large dinning table and seating for six a three seater and a two seater matching suite. Also there is a red convertible "Z" bed style sofabed that converts into a large single bed and can be placed anywhere in the Villa it folds upright and has wheels.
There is a combination of sleeping six upstairs and six downstairs ,there are dinning room tables and chairs in both, and enough crockery the villa geared for twelve.

In the store room,at the side of the villa there are two large white outdoor tables with outside chairs ,parasols, and large outdoor sunloungers. The store room also contains an outside barbeque, various pool plastic toys, swimming goggles and fins, there are also fold up chairs and beach loungers that can be used for the beach with a several beach mats all for use by guests and their children.

Hand towels and beach towels are provided.

There is parking for two to three cars on the hardstanding infront of the Villa,all white outdoor furniture can be used on the patio

Set on top of the hill overlooking Moraira , the Villa is close to restaurants( 250metres ) and is a down hill walk to the beach (approx 1km)... Moraira town (approx one mile distance) is a small and growing resort offering shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. The town has retained its old charm of narrow cobbled streets to explore, a square offering shops and entertainment,pavement cafes with a port and marina. There is a large weekly Friday outdoor market that contains up to 100 stalls, well worth a visit. The main beach is wide sandy and well maintained, the water is calm and shallow, ideal for families. However there is another beach and bay on the old town side of Moraira at El Portet. This part of the Costa Blanca is recognised by the world health organisation as one of healthiest places in the world.With a temperate climate and an average of 320 days of sunshine it is easy to see why people return year after year.

Water sports that can be enjoyed include swimming, snorkelling, scuba-diving,
jet skiing, windsurfing, and for the less energetic, sunbathing. The three
main beaches are all European blue flagged,zoned and life guarded so
that various activities can be enjoyed safely.
Moraira also has a popular marina, which
is home or host to a myriad of yachts of all shapes and sizes.

The town retains much of its former character as a fishing village. The
narrow streets are lined with shops, bars and restaurants, with seafood
being a particular speciality. A wholesale fish auction takes place on the
quayside.Friday is market day with over a 100 different stalls worth a visit.
Golfing Activities

A ten minutes drive of the Villa is Javea Golf Club facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. La Sella Golf Club is 20 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre.

• Travel Info: The villa is situated between Alicante and Valencia airports,Alicante is closer and takes from 45 minutes to travel to, however Valencia takes over an hour but during the season sometimes does have cheeper flights from certain UK destinations.
