Indoors:
The upstairs has a large hallway which is easily accessable from the entrance. There is a separate and well equipped kitchen,double sink, large fridge/freezer, twin gas / electric oven and hob and a washing machine. There is a separate bathroom containing a W.C. large bath / shower, there is a authentic green marble bathroom surface a large white hand basin and a large walled mirror and fitted beneath bathroom units.

From the hall there are two large, well furnished double bedrooms, both with double beds, one with triple fitted mirrored wardrobes,the other with two.
The rear bedroom also has double opening doors leading out onto the varanda and balcony.
The lounge has a three seater sofa that converts into a double bed. In addition to this in the lounge there is a three seater sofa (not a sofabed) and two armchairs.The dinning area has seating for six.
Located in the veranda,.in front of the balcony there is a red convertible sofabed that can convert to a moveable large singlebed.
The veranda/balcony has white outdoor furniture,and seating for four.
Downstairs- there is a large lounge/dinning room dinning table and seating for six, two armchairs and a sofa bed,kitchenette sink with work surfaces, and include built in storage cupboards fridge and another washing machine.
There is a separate large shower room containing a W.C. shower and hand basin.
Two bedrooms- one with a double bed and fitted wardrobe, the other is equipped with twin beds and fitted wardrobe.Both have bedside cabinets for convenient storage,and fans.There is a large store room located behind this.

In the lounge/diner downstairs there a dinning table and seating for six a three piece suite,the sofa also converts into a double bed
. The red convertible sofabed converts into a double/large single bed and can be moved anywhere in the Villa it folds upright and can be wheeled to where it is needed.

Eitherway there is a combination of six upstairs and six downstairs ,there are dinning room tables and chairs in both, and enough crockery for twelve.

In the store room,in the rear of the downstairs twin bedded room there are two large white outdoor tables with outside chairs ,parasols, and large outdoor sunloungers. The store room also contains an outside barbeque, various pool plastic toys, swimming goggles and fins, there are also fold up chairs and beach loungers that can be used for the beach with a several beach mats .

Hand towels and beach towels are provided.
We have our agents (Myke and Francis ). They prepare the villa for your stay, arrange the cleaning on departure and are on hand for emergencies only.

There is parking for two vechicles on the hardstanding infront of the Villa,all white outdoor furniture can be used on the patio.

Water sports that can be enjoyed include swimming, snorkelling, scuba-diving,
jet skiing, windsurfing, and for the less energetic, sunbathing. The three
main beaches are all European blue flagged,zoned and life guarded so
that various activities can be enjoyed safely.
Moraira also has a popular marina, which
is home or host to a myriad of yachts of all shapes and sizes.

The town retains much of its former character as a fishing village. The
narrow streets are lined with shops, bars and restaurants, with seafood
being a particular speciality. A wholesale fish auction takes place on the
quayside.Friday is market day with over a 100 different stalls worth a visit.
Golfing Activities

A ten minutes drive of the Villa is Javea Golf Club facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. La Sella Golf Club is 20 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre.

In more recent times this quiet and peaceful fishing port has become a busy yet pleasant resort.A small yet busy town with many shops, restaurants and bars, surrounded by whitewashed villas nestling on the tree-covered hillsides.Moraira has four beaches,
The beach of El Portet being ideal and safe for swimming. The town beach, or L'Ampolla,a large sandy beach with a play area and restaurants and life guarded,Platgetes is quieter and partly sand/partly rock; and L'Andrago is a boulder beach, ideal for snorkelling.Moraira also has a popular marina, which
is home or host to a myriad of yachts of all shapes and sizes.

A refundable £150 security deposit secures your dates in question..so that you are able to take advantage of booking cheep flights..and 20% of the rental balance..the remainder of the rental is payable 12 weeks before departure.

To secure your above dates for rental of Casa Marianka, we require £150 refundable security deposit to be returned with your details and all your family/group/ party names and contact details filled in, and for you to sign the booking form and return it to us.On receipt I then confirm your booking in an e-mail that the booking has been taken for your dates.I then send you a confirmation e-mail that I have received your cheque and I confirm our acceptance of your booking of the villa.
I send an e-mail to remind you that the balance of the Villa rental of is due twelve weeks before your holiday begins..with details of the villa keys how they are received and returned to us.
