The villa is 3min drive from the beach, local supermarket and bank and 10min from both Calpe and Moraira. With a total living area of 180m2 there are two living areas both with (independent) Sky TV, a pool (8m x 4m), heated Jacuzzi, built in BBQ area, table tennis, boules and shaded grassed area. 
 
Within 5 minutes drive there's a tennis club, a sailing and windsurfing school, a scuba diving school and a pleasant nearby seaside restaurant. Within 30 minutes there are 4 excellent golf courses. 
 
The villa is furnished throughout to a high standard in light Mediterranean style. There's full central heating and a wood burning stove for the winter months. NOW WITH FREE HIGH-SPEED, BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS! 
 
The villa is within 1 hour drive of both Alicante and Valencia airports, 10min from the motorway. It’s 3min drive from the beach, local supermarket and bank and 10 mins from Calpe and Moraira.
