In a sought after location in the El Portet district of Moraira, this is an outstanding detached villa in beautifully landscaped grounds, which offers facilities of the highest order. No expense has been spared in fixtures and finishing’s. The villa is walking distance from the popular El Moret beach at El Portet, while the marina is only a further five minutes away.

The accommodation is on two levels with private parking adjacent to the electric gated entrance. The main entrance hall leads onto a spacious kitchen, utility room and separate dining room. From here you access the large, airy lounge, leading onto a large covered terrace and pool area, with landscaped gardens. The villa has a southerly aspect, affording the villa a beautiful, sunny outlook.

There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both fitted with double beds, with a bathroom with corner bath and separate shower to accommodate them.
A further two bedrooms are located on the first floor. One is fitted with a double bed while the other has bunk beds suitable for children. The double bedroom leads onto a large sun terrace which has lovely views of the surrounding area. There is a beautifully fitted shower room on this level shared by these bedrooms.

There are heat resistant shutters in all rooms and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The poolside terrace is generously supplied with sunloungers, dining table & chairs with an outside shower, toilet and BBQ.

Hot water is provided in unlimited quantity from an oil powered boiler. The villa comes equipped with TV, DVD & video players, hob & electric oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, etc, etc. There is under floor heating for winter lets, while the pool can be heated off season, on request, for a surcharge.

The villa is within 15 minutes walk from the popular El Moret beach in El Portet, with the centre of the resort town of Moraira just 5 minutes drive away. Javea golf club is just 20 minutes away, with the La Sella golf resort also nearby. The nearest restaurants and shops are also within 5 minutes drive.

The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

There will be a small security/damage deposit required.And also a final clean charge of £35.

It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible.
