The open plan villa is furnished to a high standard with quality furnishings and fittings. It features a spacious lounge/dining area with a three piece suite of which the settee and chairs convert to sofa beds if required. The lounge has a feature fireplace, coffee table, satellite television which recieves English channels as well as German, Dutch, Spanish etc. There is a DVD player and a Play Station console.

The dining area has a large extendable table with eight chairs.
The fully fitted kitchen has granite work surfaces, ceramic touch control hob with extractor, oven, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdyer provided. The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. A cool box has also been provided for outdoor picnics.

The master bedroom is en-suite with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers.There is access from this bedroom via sliding door to the terraced area. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, shower,wash basin with illuminated mirror,toilet and bidet.
The second and third bedrooms are both twin bedded with fitted wardrobes and drawer space. All three bedrooms have individual bedside lights. All bedrooms are provided with coat hangers.

Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.

The villa benefits from an air conditioning/heating system to the lounge/dining/kithchen area and the master bedroom and a security safe has been fitted.

The terraced area can be reached through the patio doors in the lounge and here you will find outdoor garden furniture such as patio table and chairs and two sun loungers. This area overlooks the beautiful garden where you can find the charcoal BBQ.

The villa has a private drive on which to park your car.

The villa is in an excellent position being situated adjacent to a fabulous pool complex featuring 2 large infinity swimming pools both with children's areas, children's play area, pool table, showers, toilet facilities and extensive terraces with sun loungers provided. Life Guards are on site during peak periods.
There is a bar/cafe which serves snacks, meals, drinks and ice cream. The bar is open till late and hosts theme nights and entertainment etc.
This complex is for the exclusive use of villa owners and their guests, with entry being gained only by key access. The complex is entirely enclosed making it safe for small children.

All rentals include a 'meet and greet' service, heating and utility ( if the aircon is used excessively it will incur an extra charge ), end of rental clean and use of bathroom towels and linen. If you require a weekly change of towels and linen an extra charge of £6 per person can be paid with the balance.

Beach towels are not provided

All services can be found on Cumbre de Sol including two shopping areas with a well stocked supermarket open seven days a week. There are bars, restaurants, chemist, medical centre, swimming pool, coffee shop, DIY store etc. Leisure activities include horse riding, diving, tennis, children's play areas and walks. During the summer months the tourist office offers free guided walks of the area.

Casa del Sol is situated between Moraira and Javea on the Costa Blanca equi-distance from either Valencia or Alicante airport. Easy Jet, Ryan Air, BMI Baby and Monarch all offer frequent low cost flights to both airports. Relatively cheap car hire is available at both airports which can be booked online. Detailed instructions on how to reach the villa will be provided following booking.

Cumbre del Sol occupies a unique position on a dramatic strtch of coastline between the towns of Moraira and Javea. It has it's own beach Playa de Moraig, a picturesque cove from where you can fish, scuba dive or relax on the beach.
Moraira is a five minute drive and is a small resort overlooking fine sandy beaches and rocky coves with it's Blue Flag beaches offering a variety of watersports. It is a bustling town with a marina, daily fish market, weekly street market and is bursting with shops, cafes and restaurants.

Javea is a larger seaside resort offering sandy beaches, watersports and numerous bars and restaurants.

Benidorm, the orginal tourists paradise is just a 40 minute drive away and offers all year round entertainment. Among it's many attractions are Terra Mitica ( Theme Park ), Aqualandia, Mundomar exotic animal park and Benidorm Palace for magnificant shows and cabaret.

This area is also a golfers paradise.

This area is a haven for golf lovers. Golf can be played all year round due to the climate affording good visability with little wind. There are several courses within a 30 km radius from the villa offering either 9 or 18 holes.
The Javea Golf Club is a ten minute drive and has 9 holes, par 72 and 3,035 metres. It features a driving range, putting green, heated pool, club bar and restaurant and extensive terraces with beautiful scenery where non golfing members of the family may sit with a glass of wine watching the terrapins in the lake.
La Sell golf club is a 15 minute drive inland and has 18 holes, par 72 and 6,029 metres.
In Benidorm you will find the Sheraton Real de Faula Golf Resort with two 18 hole courses designed by Jack Nikalaus.

25% deposit payable on booking with balance due no later than 8 weeks prior to departure

£150 refundable deposit for breakages etc is required with balance. This will be refunded within 14 days from the return of your holiday if no damage/loss has been incurred.

Payment accepted by cheque or bank transfer

If the booking is made within eight weeks of letting the whole of the rental payment is to be forwarded with your booking form, together with the £150 security deposit.

If a cancellation is requested more than eight weeks in advance of letting the balance of any monies paid, less the rental deposit will be returned. If cancellation occurs within eight weeks of letting the owner will retain the 25% security deposit and reserves the right to retain the balance should it not be possible to re-let the villa.
