VILLA MANTILLA is a large detached villa sitting in its own walled grounds, and situated in a quiet residential area enjoying pleasant views.It has comfortable,well-furnished very spacious accommodation, electric fans in each room and gas central heating for the cooler months.  
 
First floor entrance from private patio terrace into circular lounge-diner with pre-paid English TV (20 channels)Also DVD, radio/CD. Dining table and 6 chairs, sideboard, three piece suite etc. There are two bedrooms - both with 6-foot beds.We also have two folding beds suitable for children.The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with coffee tables, easy chairs,reading lights etc.and the windows are fitted with mosquito nets and security blinds.The bathroom is adjacent to the bedrooms. The newly re-furbished kitchen is fully fitted and has fridge-freezer microwave etc. as well as table and chairs.It is very well equipped! All the living area is on one floor. 
Just ten easy steps down from the small patio with table and chairs, leads to the gardens with palms and olive trees and large terraces surrounding the pool area. The pool is 8 x 4 and has Roman steps and shower cubicle. There is also an outside dining area and BBQ house both with traditional beamed ceilings. There is a shower and convenient second toilet at this level and a utility room which houses the washing machine, and an extra fridge for cool drinks around the pool. There is an abundant supply of chairs ,tables sun loungers and parasols for comfortable lounging and eating.Ample cushions and pool towels are provided.There is a private garage and parking area. A welcome pack when you arrive and all linen and towels for the villa are supplied. 
The owners occupy the top floor only of the villa with terrace,BBQ and carport at this level.This opens on to a different street and does not affect visitor's privacy. Our visitors enjoy private use of the pool ( but I do manage a swim when they go out!)

BEACHES, SHOPS RESTAURANTS GOLF TENNIS AND ALL WATER SPORTS ONLY A FEW MINUTES DRIVE. Moraira has an abundance of little streets with shops and restaurants and a marina. The local planning laws have not allowed high-rise building making Moraira the "jewel of the Costa Blanca" and very exclusive. From cosy bars .family cafes to Michelin stars, you will find the perfect eaterie! Also it is only a short drive to the mountains, lovely Jalon valley, Benissa's historic town or theme parks.(20 - 40 mins drive)Airports suitable are Alicante Valencia and even Murcia, ranging from one to one and a half hour's drive. A car is essential to enjopy this holiday.
