Vacation Rental Description
Traditionally furnished, Castillian-style, family-size 3-bedroom villa, with a private pool, only 300 ms from the family-friendly El Portet, Moraira beach. The villa sleeps up to 6 people / or 7 if it is a baby in a cot or a child in a foldaway bed. Open-plan 23ft x 15ft large lounge has two long sofas and three armchairs, SKY TV, BBC1 & 2, ITV, CH4 & 5, SKY MOVIES, SPORT, etc., video, DVD, radio, music centre and a bookcase filled with English-language books. The villa is suitable for families, three couples or a group of friends. Please note that it is NOT SUITABLE for a group of partying single people under 23 years or "hen & stag" parties.
The villa has a round double bedroom upstairs, reached from the balcony by an outside staircase - with en-suite shower room & WC, kitchenette equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge, kitchen unit - thus giving some independence to the couple staying upstairs. The double bedroom opens onto a large balcony with wonderful views of the lush green valley, hills, surrounding gardens and villas.
For families with three younger children, where the parents need to sleep downstairs, we can provide an extra bed for the children's' bedroom. So you will be able to use the villa and even invite grandparents, relatives or friends to sleep in the upstairs double bedroom, which will give them independence and make it cheaper for you.
The villa stands on a large, private 1,010 sq m plot and has a wonderful, colourful, mature Spanish garden with a large variety of plants, cacti, succulents, trees, shrubs and attracts a variety of birdlife. It is surrounded by high stone walls and trees for privacy and enclosed by large, metal gates. There is a large lawn for sunbathing.
There are several excellent golf courses in the Moraira and Javea areas, within a short driving distance. Benidorm attractions and Terra Mitica for children are only 35 - 40 minutes drive away.
Facilities
GARDEN - colourful, mature Spanish garden with a variety of plants, trees, palms, shrubs, cacti and succulents which attracts a a large selection of bird-life. It is a 1010sq m plot with a large lawn for sunbathing in total privacy. The villa is surrounded by high walls and hedges and has lockable gates for childrens safety. FOLDAWAY BED - For families with three younger children, where the parents need to sleep downstairs, we can provide an extra bed for the children's' bedroom. So you will be able to use the villa and even invite grandparents, relatives or friends to sleep in the upstairs double bedroom, which will give them some independence. MORAIRA WEATHER & CLIMATE

Moraira is a town on the Costa Blanca coast of Spain and enjoys more than 2,800 hours of sunshine each year, with an average annual temperature of 19.3 degrees Celsius.
Because the weather and climate in Moraira is so favourable, Moraira has become a popular tourist destination for sun lovers enjoying approximately 325 sunny days each year.
The World Health Organisation describes the climate of this area of the Costa Blanca as one of the best in the world. Moraira's summers are hot - but not too hot - due to the cooling breezes; the winters in Moraira are mild with many clear blue sunny days. The climate and weather is very healthy especially for sufferers of arthritis.
Moraira is in the Alicante Province but only 1.5 hrs drive from the ancient city of Valencia, which is a MUST to visit.

BOOKING CONDITIONS 25% Booking Deposit required, balance 8 weeks before your holiday - by cheques. For INTERNATIONAL clients - split 50:50 banking charges for bank transfers apply. Refundable Damage deposit 200 - 300 Gbp / subject to a number of weeks and occupans.The deposit will be returned within one week after the holiday - subject to a satisfactory report from the villa supervisor. Bedlinen and two towels set - 10 Gbp per person per booking Cot, High chair, Foldaway bed - 10 Gbp each per booking Cleaning of the villa, bath mats, teatowels, washing up stuff, toilet rolls are all included. JUNE - SEPTEMBER - SATURDAY CHANGEOVER DAYS only SPRING & AUTUMN - we can be flexible with different changeover days - subject to existing bookings. There will be a small surchage for breaking up a week, which cannot be sold off.
