exclusive location with spectacular sea and mountain views. This luxury villa for rent on Cumbre del Sol, Costa Blanca, was personally designed by the owners to maximise
the magnificent sea views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Great care and attention has been paid to every detail of this luxury home including
pool, south and west facing terraces, air-conditioning and new, superior quality furnishings throughout.
Completed in May 2005, this is amongst one of the most prestigious locations to stay in absolute comfort and style.

Two large dining rooms, 2 lounges one with log burning fire, Satellite TV, two large fully fitted kitchens one with breakfast bar. Large covered and enclosed glazed naya. The open plan lounge and dining area has breath-taking sea views, and includes central heating, air-conditioning, co-ordinated dining suite, Satellite TV. For winter time, the log burning fireplace provides an extra cosy touch. Equipped with professional pool table, table tennis, dart board and more importantly private swimming pool.

New luxury kitchen, granite worktops. Touch hob, built in oven, 2 fridges, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, large toaster. Patio doors to covered naya and pool. Additional basic downstairs kitchen area with kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, gas hob.

The upper level has a large 100 sq.m. terrace with private pool. Fantastic sea views and is complete with gas barbecue, stone table and chairs. Professional table tennis and off road parking. The lower level has terraced area and sun loungers.

PARKING
There is ample par king space for two cars.

Ideal for Adult groups, families and children. Cots included if required. All bathrooms inc hairdryer. Air-conditioning and central heating available.

LOCAL ACTIVITIES
Walking, swimming, mountain biking, diving, fishing, golfing, hor se riding, mountaineering, roller blading, sailing, tennis, water skiing.

Friendly restaurants, bars and supermarket nearby.
5-10 minute drive to the lovely beaches and towns of Javea and Moraira with plenty of restaurants to suite all tastes. Both towns offer lots of shops and boutiques and weekly markets. Easy access to many attractions from theme parks to watersports to long walks in the mountains. The list is endless.

Towels and linen included, changed weekly. Property cleaned prior to arrival and on departure. Optional extra - beach towels changed weekly for additonal cost of 2 euros per person per week.

There´s plenty to keep you occupied whether you spend your days at the villa or exploring the many attractions in the Costa Blanca there´s something for everyone. Just 2 minutes away are brand new tennis and paddle courts for hire locally.

The Costa Blanca's main attraction is its fine sandy beaches, without forgetting the sea which goes with them. Its best scenery is to be found in the north of the
province, in the Marina Alta and Marina Baja, where the the coast is backed by attractive mountains. As you enter from the province of Valencia, the Marina Alta
holds Teulada and its fishing port Moraira, interesting but backwater places (which may well be just what you are looking for), and also boasts Denia, a historic city with
a splendid r uined for tress slap bang in the centre, and the town of Jávea (Xàbia in Catalan), a fishing port turned resort, said by the World Health Organisation to have
one of the best climates in the world.

There are lots of things to enjoy apart of sunbathing, try out water skiing, jet skis, peddle boats or even a boat trip.

The cost of the villa is for your party's exclusive use and enjoyment.
25% - 35% deposit required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival along with a refundable security deposit of £300 -£500. 75% - 65% the outstanding balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to make this payment subjects your reservation to automatic cancellation. All cancellations and any request for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons) must be made IN WRITING via email.
