This brand new apartment, situated in the beautiful Cumbre del Sol has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The uninterrupted views from the west facing balcony allow you to watch the sun set over the Sierra Bernia Mountains. With the beautiful double infinity pool, bar, cafe and quiet beach for local residents you are guaranteed a relaxing break. For those looking for a more active holiday there are several golf courses, horse riding, watersports and the large sandy beaches of Moraira and Javea approximately 15mins away. The new commercial centre is a 10 minute walk away where you can find shops, bars, restaurants, a bank and a pharmacy.
Outside
The apartment has a large sunny balcony with plenty of room for the patio furniture and sunloungers.
There are two stunning pools surrounded by landscaped garden, bar/cafe, showers and wc's. The larger of the two pools is in excess of 25m, ideal if you want to do a few lengths before breakfast.
Coast/Beach
The local beach is 1.5km away at the foot of the mountain. It is a small sheltered bay, perfect for swimming and snorkelling with a small beach bar and cafe.
Slightly further a field, about a 15 minute drive away, you will find the large sandy beaches of Javea and Moraira.
Golf
Within a 10 minute drive you will find 2 lovely courses in Javea (18 holes) and Moraira (9 holes). If you want to go slightly further afield, a 30 minute drive will take you to the magnificant championship course at La Sella which was designed by Jose Maria Olazabal.
Travel
There is the choice of flying into several different airports. This give you great choice when booking flights

Valencia - 1hr 15mins
Murcia - 2hrs
Travelling from any of the airports is very easy as the A7 takes you directly to the outskirts of the town.
Distances
The beautiful towns of Javea and Moraira are about 15 minutes by car away where you will find lots of lovely bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and sandy beaches.
Denia is around a 30 minute drive away and here you can catch a ferry to Ibiza.
The lively town of Benidorm is about a 40 minute drive away. For the children you can find Mundomar sea world, an aqua park and Terra Mitica (a large theme park).

The property is located in the aptly named Cumbre del Sol -Summit of the Sun. The area boasts magnificent sea and mountain views - the spectacular Calpe rock is a unique landmark and also on a clear day the island of Ibiza can be seen. Seasonal beach bars. The development has its own pretty cove with beach and various amenities including a bank, supermarket, restaurants and bars. Activities in Cumbre Del Sol include multiple swimming pools, a horse riding centre and tennis courts. The tourist office offers free guided walks of the area in English and Spanish during the summer.
Within 7 minutes drive of the apartment is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green and heated swimming pool.
Further along the coast to the South is Benidorm, where there are a number of activities for children in the Benidorm area which include Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica 'historical' theme park.
To the North is Denia where you can take a day trip to Ibiza by ferry. Also in summer, pleasure boats sail between Denia and Cabo San Antonio up to 3 times a day. El Vergel safari park is near Denia and also in the area are a number of go-karting tracks.
The historic Valencia City is about 1 hour 15 minutes drive and is well worth a visit for the Central Market, and the Oceanographic (spectacular aquarium) that forms part of the City of Arts and Sciences.
