The 1 bedroom apartment with private pool and barbecue area is in the La Fustera area which lies on the coast road in between Calpe and Moraira on the Costa Blanca. Amenities such as supermarket, restaurants, bars and beaches are all within a 15 minute walk. Car hire is recommended for further travel. Taxis, Buses and Public Telephones can be found at the Supermarket. 
 
Notes on accommodation: 
 
The apartment is not suitable for children as there is only one bedroom. There is heating to the bedroom, bathroom and lounge. We would advise that the owners do have a small pet dog, who is very friendly. The Apartment is at the rear of the Owners property with it's own access. 
 
Further details: 
 
The local supermarket is open 0900-2100 Mon Sat (Sun 0930 - 1330) 15 mins walk and competitively priced a bar/restaurant (not Sundays) is alongside. On the way to the local beach from the apartment further bars and restaurants can be found. Asia Chinese, Casa Monola - typical Spanish cuisine, Chez Flo a family bar and restaurant offering good food all day, live entertainment and televised sport. A beach bar is near to the beach. 
 
Also on the coast road and a 10 minute drive away is an activity centre which includes a diving center, snorkeling and sailing facilities and two restaurants and beach. 
 
Benidorm is half an hours drive away where you have the popular Benidorm Palace for meals and shows. Plus Aqualandia for water activities and the famous Terra Mitica Theme Park.

Coast/Beach: The local La Fustera beach is a 15 mins walk away where there are bars/restaurants etc providing the usual snacks etc. Calpe Beach is approx 4 miles on the coast road Whils Moraira Beach (in the opposite direction) is 5 miles. 
 
Golf: There is a golf course within 10/15 minute drive.
