A brand new luxury 2 bedroom apartment in the beautiful Pueblo Panorama in Cumbre del Sol. Cumbre del Sol is located between the popular holiday towns of Moraira and Javea. It nestles on the mountainside above the town of Benitachell and has stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The area has the best climate in Europe and is ideal for visiting all year round.This light and airy apartment is delightfully furnished and has a double bedroom, twin bedroom and one sofa bed in the lounge so can accommodate up to 5 people.
The double bedroom and the lounge have impressive views to the sea.
There is a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and over-bath shower.
The spacious open plan lounge and dining area both provide access onto a large terrace with the most spectacular views across the cliffs to the sea. With a South East facing aspect the terrace receives the sun from sunrise until late afternoon.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.
Nearby are the 2 communalinfinity swimming pools. A short drive will take you to the local restaurant, bar, a well-stocked supermarket, pharmacy, and bank with ATM facilities. The nearest beach is within a 5 minute drive.
There are many other attractions in the area including golf courses the Disney Style Terra Mitica Theme Park, Waterworld Aqualandia and seaworld Mundomar in Benidorm (which is only 40 minutes away).

The area offers golf, sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, climbing, windsurfing, canoeing, cycling, tennis, walking parascending, horse riding, jet ski, go-carting, aqua park, sports complex, snorkeling, swimming and sea fishing. Within the town of Moraira, there are many excellent restaurants, bars and clubs, together with modern supermarkets. It is also only a 40 minute drive to the theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Nature, Aqualandia and Mundomar just outside Benidorm. A night at the Benidorm Palace is highly recommended.

This spacious villa is situated in a tranquil pine forest with breathtaking views. The beautiful gardens house a large private swimming pool and a spa hot tub under an open Moroccan thatched roof. All set in secure tropical gardens with pool bar, barbecue and numerous terraces to sunbathe and dine privately - Ideal for large parties. 5 minutes drive from the exclusive safe and sandy blue flag beach of El Portet and its renouned gourment restaurant La Dauphin overlooking the bay. Only 7 minutes into Moraira village where the once fishing cottages have now become fashionable bistro restaurants amongst the vibrant and numerous cosmopolitan boutiques and shops.

Weekly prices include linen and towel hire, gas, electricity, Champagne welcome pack* and local representation. No pets. Main season changeover days Saturday but please enquire if you need alternative days. Arrival time 16:00-20:00Hrs. Departure 10:00hrs * The Champagne welcome pack is comprehensive and includes champagne, beers, wine, fresh bread, butter, ham, cheese, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, and along with sweeties and crisps if your party includes children. 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking, the balance of payment to be made 8 weeks before the commencement of the rental period. A returnable security deposit of £400.00 is also required.
