Vacation Rental Description
Nestled on the 'hill of sun' this small penthouse apartment features the most stunning sea views from its terrace and lounge dining areas. On a clear day you can see across to Ibiza. Cumbre del Sol is situated between Valencia and Alicante in the northern Costa Blanca, close to the charming marina in Moraira and the fishing resort of Javea. The closest airport at Alicante is an hour's drive away, with Valencia around 1.5 hours away.
This contemporary apartment is furnished in minimalist style and makes the most of the open views with wall to wall windows. Both the main bedroom and the living room open out onto the terrace where there is a bbq and an outdoor table for al fresco dining.
The apartment sleeps a maximum of six with one double and one twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. There are two bathrooms and a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven and washing machine. For entertainment the apartment features a music system, satellite television, dvd and a video library for use in both bedrooms.
The location is perfect for both couples and families. The apartment is next door to two community pools which can be viewed from the kitchen. Golf, tennis and go-karting are close by and a full array of watersports and boating is available seasonally in Moraira and Javea. Moraira and Javea also offer a variety of restaurants and shops. Within a half hour drive is Benidorm with its theme parks, water parks, shows and clubs.
Cumbre del sol itself has its own restaurants, supermarket and shops along with an Irish pub. There's also a (wild) beach, children's playground and tennis and paddle courts. Further restaurants can be found in the local village of Benitachell.

There is also karting nearby and water parks near Benidorm.
