Are you are seeking a holiday to escape the hustle and bustle or taking a short break to search for that dream home in Spain you have always longed for? Whatever the reason, a warm welcome awaits you when you stay in our newly-built two-bedroom apartment in Moraira. 
 
A REDUCTION MAY BE POSSIBLE IF ONLY ONE BEDROOM IS USED. 
 
This cosy apartment is on the ground floor of a large villa with its own separate entrance, off-road parking and private swimming pool. It is a perfect location in a quiet area slightly back from the beach. From the villa there are beautiful views over the mountains and you are able to sit back and watch the firework displays during fiesta times. The sea is within 15 minutes walk (5 mins. by car). Locally there is a small group of convenience shops incl. cafe, newsagent, patisserie and a restaurant(with its own swimming pool) providing excellent food at reasonable cost. 
 
COAST/BEACH 
The region's beaches have been awarded numerous EEC blue flags for cleanliness and safety - ideal for families with children. There are many sheltered bays, coves and numerous water sports to enjoy. 
GOLF: Within 15 min's drive are two golf courses: Javea (18 holes) and Moraira (9 holes). La Sella is within 30 mins. drive. 
 
TRAVEL 
Moraira is easily accessible from either Alicante or Valencia airports (approx. 1 hours' drive).  
Local maps are available for sightseeing. 
 
SIGHTSEEING 
Denia, within 30 minutes drive, offers ferries to Ibiza. Benidorm is approx. 30 minutes away where children can enjoy Mundomar marine park (with dolphins), Aqualandia water park and Terra Mitica theme park. 
El Vergel safari park is near Denia where there is also a castle to explore. The historic city of Valencia is accessible by train or car where you can visit the beautiful flower market, see stunning architecture and visit the spectacular aquarium of The Oceanographic. 
For an interesting day trip visit the village inside the mountains at Guadalest that offers opportunities for gift shopping and fantastic views over the Amadaro Dam. In the heat of the afternoon you can swim in the nearby Algar waterfalls (lit up at night) or visit the caves at Belidoleig. 
On Fridays there is a market in Moraira, often followed by a relaxing drink by the sea or a leisurely walk around the magnificent Marina.

Bedroom 1 comprises large king size bed and separate shower room. Bedroom 2 comprises two single beds and en-suite shower room with 2 sinks. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe/cupboard space with excellent panoramic views. The well-furnished lounge/diner comprises 3-pce suite, dining area with seating for 4. The kitchen has a small breakfast bar. A bookcase, in the main hall, holds a variety of fiction and non-fiction books, DVDs, Videos and games available to visitors. A welcome pack is provided with basic groceries. Beach towels are available to hire at £10 for two per week. A hairdrier and iron are in the apartment. A travel/tourist information pack is provided for visitor's use. On the patio and terraces there are various places to eat either in the sun or shade with BBQ and there are 4 loungers around the pool area. Keys will be ready for your arrival.

In addition to the 'nearby activities' the following are available within 30 mins' drive: 
 
Parasailing, mountain biking, sailing school (including canoeing and sailing school for children), skating,snorkelling/diving, zoo/wildlife park, two shopping malls, bowling (ten-pin and green), cinemas, theatres, jet-ski hire, meet the dolphins at Aqualand, horse-riding. Rock-climbing is available a little further down the coast at Altea. Excellent area for walking holidays, hiking and sightseeing. Caves at Benidoleig. 
 
For those special occasions, Bendidorm Palace (approx. half hour drive) offers first class entertainment with dancing to a live band, 4-course meals and quality floor show for less than 50 euros.

* Deposit of 25% when confirming booking. The final payment is due 8 weeks before departure. If your arrival date is 8 weeks or less away, then we will ask for payment in full when booking. * Damage deposit of £100 returnable at the end of your stay. * Payment by cheque in sterling. Bookings are considered to be 'tentative' until payment is received. * A final clean charge will be required of £35. (£25 IF ONY USING ONE BEDROOM) NOTE: A REDUCED FEE WILL BE MADE IF USING ONLY ONE BEDROOM. *Flexible changeover days are negotiable. It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10am on day of departure. We are unable to guarantee access before 3pm on arrival due to changeovers although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible. *You will be responsible for ensuring that all members of your party are covered by your own travel insurance for medical and lost article expenses.
