The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a lounge/dining room adjoining an equipped American style kitchen with patio doors leading out onto a large balcony with a patio table, chairs and sun loungers, Full UK TV, Air Conditioning and Heating for our winter guests 
 
The location offers a secure, gated pool complex with terraces, showers and a small bistro. The stunningly beautiful infinity pools make it ideal for families. This brand new apartment is set just a short drive from the wonderful sandy beaches of Moraira and Javea. Moraira has a wealth of restaurants, tapas bars and small shops, as well as two lovely sandy beaches. Javea is just ten minutes drive away and offers a wide selection of beaches, shops and restaurants, or try the stunning local shingle beach of Moraig only 3 minutes drive away from the apartment with its dramatic caves and scenery almost exclusively used by the owners from Pueblo Montecala, great for snorkeling and diving. Here there is a small cafe and sun bed hire.  
 
Close to the apartment are two local amenities centers which include a supermarket, pharmacy, bank and a variety of excellent restaurants and bars. 
 
Moraira is a most beautiful and relaxing town. The shops and restaurants are open all year round. There are several beaches, sandy or rocky and all are within walking distance of the centre of Town. Stroll along to the marina to admire the boats or explore the streets, packed with great eating places, tapas bars and small shops. Moraira and Javea provide you with all the entertainment that you will need from water sports to horse riding, and if golf is your passion Javea Golf Club is seven minutes drive away. A 9 hole par 72. A flat course and relatively easy with driving range, putting greens, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant, tennis and squash or alternatively La Sella Golf has 18 holes, par 72. 
 
The north Costa Blanca region is a green and lush area with lemon and orange groves, vines, almond and olive trees. The backdrop of mountains sets off the sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea and is perfect for your holiday of sea sand and sangria or a haven of breathtaking cliff top walks. The area has been rated by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest in the world and boasts over 325 days of sunshine every year. 
A half hour to the south is Benidorm with its various attractions sure to please the children. Try Mundomar Marine Park or the Aqualandia Water Park or terrify yourselves at the Terra Mitica Theme Park with thrilling rides. 
To the north is the lovely town of Denia with its castle and beaches and pleasant shopping areas. Here you can take a day trip to Ibiza by ferry.

The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. There will be a small refundable security/damage deposit required. And also a small final clean charge of £35.00. Flexible change over days, enabling you to minimise you flight costs as Saturdays can be the most expensive day of the week. It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible.
