Flora Villa welcomes you to stay for Bed and Breakfast Accommodation.It has taken 5 years to reform Flora Villa to a high standard. The Villa is situated on the outskirts of a very rural beautiful Spanish village of Monserrat, surround by Almond,Olive and Orange Groves. Flora Villa stands in 7000m2 of beautiful landscaped gardens,palm trees and fishponds with seating areas for the guests to enjoy. A outside fully equipped kitchen for the guests to use. A baloncy to sit in the evening with a glass of wine.
Flora Villa is situated on the main road (vv3066 or cv416) for easy finding. On offer is double and twin bedrooms with ensuites overlooking an almond grove. Also available is a two bedroom apartment for rent. There is 3,000 m2 of flat land to accommodate parking for vans and lorries.
FLORA VILLA IS OPEN ALL YEAR.
Flora Villa is a non-smoking premises, smoking is only allowed on veranda or in the grounds. Cigarettes ends must be disposed of in ashtrays.
Sorry but no pets are allowed.
Montserrat is the perfect place for a nice and quiet relaxing, stress free and restful holiday or for the all important matter of house-hunting in inland rural Spain… Montserrat is typically Spanish and it is only now that the British Community are coming inland to explore, realising just how beautiful the area is. The Montserrat area has a wide range of farming including palms, lemons, oranges, nectarines, grapes and almonds. Montserrat village is truly Spanish, and comes alive at the weekends and stays open well into the early hours with festivals.
Montserrat is so central, to the motorway, the city of Valencia ( which hosts trade fairs, festivals), Valencia Airport, Ricardu Tormo Circuit (which hosts world Superbike, Moto GP, Le manns series, WTCC, and formula1 and test days),music festivals, football, golf courses, marines ( Americas cup), La Tomatina, the tomato throwing festival and of course the beaches.There are many places to shop rangeing from local markets, flea markets to big shopping centres and commercial centres, including Bonaire Shopping centre, which is perfect for those spending sprees. Montserrat is served by bus, taxis, and trains in near by station of Torrente, Pissacent and Silla. (Trains run every 15mins).
However a car is recommended if you want to see the magnificent countryside.
Flora Villa is within easy reach of Barcelona (north) and the other way (south) to Benidorm and Alicante ( approx 2hours away).
Alicante airport is approx 2 hours away from Flora Villa and 25minutes from Valencia Airpo
Accommodation.
Flora Villa offers you double and twin rooms with ensuites, overlooking an almond grove. Flora Villa is tastefully decorated with modern amenities. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, with toilet, shower and washbasin.
The bathrooms are supplied with fresh towels daily. Shampoo, shower gel plus extra toiletries are supplied. There is also a hairdryer in the bedside cabinet.
The living room and veranda are perfect places to relax and feel at home with a glass of wine and talk the night away about your days adventure.
Washing machine and drying/ironing facilities available if needed for a small cost.
Flora Villa accommodation can offer bed and breakfast accommodation or room only rental. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment available for rent
Flora Villa swimming pool is for guest use only. The pool is 12mx6m and 2m deep. Opening time for swimming pool: Mornings from 7.30am to 10.30 am Evenings from 5.30pm to 10pm. A disclaimer will have to be signed before using the swimming
Pool. There are sunloungers on the swimming pool terrace for guests use.
Facilities
The landscape gardens has a fishpond and seating area for you to enjoy. Cover areas with garden table and chairs and BBQ to enjoy the evenings, A Balcony with seette and chairs, games, stereo and TV. A Outside Kitchen fully equipped if you donot wish to enjoy the many restuarants in the village. Outside bar for your evening drinks. A Large swimming pool with sunloungers to enjoy the beautiful Spanish weather. Completely secluded from all sides. Secure parking within the grounds. Amply parking space for cars, vans and up to 30ft lorries, ideal for the circuit.
