This very well maintained first floor apartment sleeps 4/6 and is well equipped with everything you need for your convenience. Enjoy outdoor living on both the balcony and the large private rooftop terrace which comes complete with beautiful views and fantastic sunsets. 
The property is well located for all local amenities. Golf 3 mins walk from apt.!, beaches, cycling, and horse riding. 2 convenience stores and bar/restaurant x 3 on site.

Enjoy a walk along the palm tree areas or a walk around the perimeter of our golf course which is only 3 mins from our apt.! 
Car parking spaces to the side of apartment 
There is a shared pool, you have your own key for this. 
Balcony and Solarium have lighting and a charcoal bbq so you can enjoy the outdoors for as long as you like. 
Make use of the dining table and chairs on the roof - dine under the stars! 
There are sun loungers and a parasol.  
When using the shared pool please ensure you adhere to the pool conditions to ensure the comfort of yourselves and other holiday makers. 
The apartment is fully equipped for guests to have the most relaxing holiday. 
There is an additional guest bed available plus bed setee in the apartment. 
All linen and bath/beach towels provided. 
There is a chest of buckets, spades, floats etc for the younger visitor. 
During the summer months there are fans for each room. 
During cooler spells there are convector heaters/blankets and duvets should you need them. 
If little ones are staying -cot, push chair, high chair and some additional baby/toddler equipment can be booked in advance with the owner -just enquire.

There is an information file in the lounge at the apartment. 
If your flight is a late evening one, we will be pleased to provide you with a pack of essentials- ie milk, bread etc our keyholder will leave you the receipt - please ask when making your booking. 
I can arrange taxi service to and from the airport.

It is about a 15-minute drive to the nearest beaches, and you will find yourself spoilt for choice with more than 23 sandy beaches in the area. Awarded the triple European Blue Flag. Golf course newly opened. 3 mins walk from apt.! 
Guardamar Local Beach 
The beaches around Guardamar are very good. Well known for the sand dunes. 
If you are a Golf enthusiast this is for you or even if you just like to practice on the driving range and have a relaxing drink in the club bar. 
La Marina Beach

Water sports in the summer. 
Cabo Roig 
Just South of La Zenia, great beach and fantastic beach bar. Lots of steps. 
Pillar de la horredada 
Close to Campomar, very lively and lots of fun. 
San Miguel de Salinas. You’ll find supermarkets, fish shop and butchers. 
Los Montesinos. Excellent supermarket on your right as you drive in, with a butcher’s next door. There are lots of places to eat which are recommended.
