Villa Balcones is situated on the outskirts of the Torrevieja in a residential area of mainly villas occupied by Spanish, German's, Swedish, Norwegians and British. Spending your holiday in the Villa you will experience the Spanish way of life.The Villa is located just a short drive to the many beaches the Costa Blanca boasts from. Quiet and peaceful, yet only five minutes from several busy commercial centres with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and much more. There are several markets that you can visit throughout the week.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, solarium and terraces.The upper level of the Villa comprises of 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, kitchen lounge and dining area. There is a terrace leading from the living room to a balcony overlooking the private gardens of the villa. The lower level of the Villa has a separate entrance with 3 bedrooms, 1bathroom, kitchen and great entertaining area. The villa is ideal for large families, or two families that would like to holiday together but still would like their own privacy. The surrounding area has lots to offer for all to see during your stay.

The upper level of the Villa which has its own independent entrance has air con to the lounge and main bedroom. There are 2 double bedrooms and a shower room. The kitchen is equipped and off the lounge where there is a dining table and sofa and chairs. The glazed terrace (with windows) has a dining table and chairs ideal for breakfast while planning your day ahead. Leading off the dining area is a balcony which is also furnished to sit and relax.
To the ground level of the Villa which again has its own independent entrance has a large kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen bar and lounge is yet another area of this Villa where you can a good nights entertainment. There are 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom which leads to the shower room.
