Situated on the Dream Hills urbanisation, Orihuela Costa, south of Torrevieja, all rooms are furnished to the highest standard.

Ground Floor:
The living area is furnished to a high spec. with leather sofas plus recliner with stool. Combined satellite TV/VCR with many British channels including sports, kids and films; DVD player, portable CD player. A limited supply of DVDs, videos and CDs provided together with books, games, dominoes, cards, etc.
Dining area with quality dining room suite - large table seats 6 - 8 and sideboard stocked with china/crystal, etc. for more formal dining.
Well equipped kitchen including washing machine, ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and board. Cool box, coolbag and ice blocks provided to take to beach or for picnic.
The house also has one twin bedded room (full 3'

First Floor:
A further twin-bedded room (full 3' single beds) and master bedroom (king size bed) on the first floor with french windows leading to a large terrace with chairs and sunbeds - a great place for a 'Sundowner.'
Full family bathroom with over-bath shower. Cot hire, high chair, toy boxes, etc. available to hire from local agency which delivers to the door if required.

Second Floor:
Internal staircase to second floor where there is a furnished roof terrace with wooden dining furniture (seats 6) and sunbeds. A (cold) shower is provided to cool off on warm summer days.
A great place to dine al fresco on warm summer evenings and enjoy the lake views and surrounding countryside and mountains.
There are drying facilities on both terraces.

Further outdoor areas include a shaded porch with patio table and chairs (seats 4) and fixed, ornate stone benches and table to side of house (seats 6 - 9).
Fold-up chairs and sunbeds and parasol are provided to take to beach or pool.
House linen excluding beach towels is provided.
Off road parking.
Grocery welcome pack can be arranged for a small charge.
Smoking outside only please.

General Information:
Nearest food shop is less than a one minute walk away. Also sells newspapers, greetings cards, alcoholic drinks and general household items
Nearest bar is less than a one minute walk away.
Nearest restaurant is less than a one minute walk away.
Nearest airports are Murcia (20 minute drive) or Alicante (45 minute drive).
Airport pick-ups for up to 6 people can be arranged for a charge.
Meet and greet service available and welcome grocery packs can be ordered for a small charge.
Caretaker lives 5 minutes away and is on hand through out your stay for help and advice.
Although the property is fine for the elderly, there are a lot of stairs inside the house, therefore it may not be suitable for the infirm. However, there is a twin bedroom and shower-room on the ground floor.

DINING:
There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. At Los Balcones there are Spanish Dutch, Mexican, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Irish and English restaurants.
Further afield excellent and unusual Spanish eateries. In Torrevieja there are many tapas bars.
There is a nearby restaurant/pool complex with live entertainment at night.

SHOPPING:
Large supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. Chains such as Lidl and Aldi a 10 minute drive away. Carrefour hypermarket and large indoor food market in town which sells fresh produce. New shopping mall called Habaneras near Carrefour plus indpendent boutiques and stores. Shoe shops are great value.
The nearest market is at Playa Flamenca on Saturday mornings. Other markets every day of the week in surrounding towns and villages. As well as food, the markets sell very cheap clothes and homewares. Quality shops have outlets at the markets,so one can buy quality goods cheaply.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Experience the real Spain in the many towns and villages in the surrounding area. Also hills for fans of the 'great outdoors.'
Car recommended though the area has a good infrastructure. Please ask for cheap car hire details.
A regular bus service to Torrevieja. From there buses operate up and down the cooast and inland. Alicante has a railway station serving many Spanish cities.
If leaving the car a lift for up to 6 people can be arranged. Local taxis can be called too.
Internet cafe is a 5 minute stroll away.

For the Kids:
Go Karting, Ten Pin Bowling, Horse Riding, Aqua park, evening fun fair nearby.
There is a park called 'Park of the Nations' a short drive away, with beautiful gardens a childrens play area with bouncy castle and a small lake with pedloes on for hire.
Small theme park in Santa Pola, 30 minutes drive away; and 90 minutes away, Spain's largest theme park - Terra Mitica

Twenty per cent non returnable deposit required upon booking. Balance due 6 weeks before departure. Cheques acceptable also phone or internet banking transfers preferred. Also possible to pay on arrival in euros (balance only).

Full information pack will be sent on receipt of payment. Keys will be posted prior to departure together with stamnped, address envelope for their return.

A fee for cleaning/changeover of 70 euros is payable to the cleaner/caretaker on arrival or next day.

Transfers from both Murcia and Alicante airport for up to 6 passengers + luggage can be arranged.
Welcome pack can be arranged for small charge.

Cot/pram/toybox hire available from local agency. Delivered to door.
