This delightful apartment is well equipped to make your holiday an enjoyable stay. There is a sofa bed in the lounge that would accomodate an extra person. English TV, a stereo and DVD/CD player are there for your use. The fitted American style kitchen has a breakfast bar to seat two. Bedding, linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
This light and airy apartment is on an urbanisation that benefits from a large communal pool and green area. There is also a bar restaurant where you can take in the sunshine whilst having a bite to eat. Also great in the evenings for those who do not wish to travel far and just wish to take a 2 minute walk. Just across the road is a large supermarket for all your needs. A regular bus service will take you into Torrevieja along the coast road. In Los Balcones you will find various bars and restaurants from Spanish, English, Italian and Chinese.

Lago Jardin, Los Balcones is on the outskirts of Torrevieja just 10 minutes driving time. By car you will be at the nearest beach in just 5 minutes. Lago Jardin is situated on the edge of the salt lakes and has a large orange and lemon grove surrounding the urbanisation. There are many attractions close by, such as the many golf courses, go-karts, horse-riding and watersports.
Torrevieja is a busy Town, with the new marina with bars and restaurants, it is a great place to sit back and relax. The promenade is good for taking a stroll, day, evening or nigh time when you will see the town come to life. There is also a craft market in the afternoons through to the night with a fairground alongside which is great for the children.
