The rooftop has table, chairs, parasol and BBQ for outdoor dining. At the front of the property the balcony is ideal for casual dining or relaxing as it overlooks the local park area with tennis courts/ play area. To the rear of the property is a large communal garden area with two full sized pools for guests' use. The house is equipped with a TV & DVD player. There are ceiling fans and heaters fitted in the living area and bedrooms. Local amenities include 2 large supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Short and long term lets available. Late bookings welcome. It is a 10 min drive to the water park. (Air con & satellite tv coming soon).

    There will be a cleaning charge of 50 euros in addition to these rates, made payable in cash to our key holder. If your stay is for more than a week, then feel free to maintain the property for the duration, saving yourself 50 euros per week and be charged only 50 euros after the final week. There is a 100 Euro deposit to be paid on arrival, refundable on departure subject to the key holder being satisfied everything is as it was found. Meet and greet fees apply from 8pm to 8am and will be charged 15 euros by our key holder for unsociable working hours. Please note the apartment will not be ready for you until 4pm on arrival day and you will need to leave at 10am on departure day to allow for cleaning.
