Vacation Rental Description
This property is a 2 bedroom terraced townhouse located at Residencial La Cinuelica, R15 Los Altos. Fully Airconditioned/Heating There is a tiled porch area at the front of the property for alfresco dining.
The living/dining room has a three seater sofa and a 2.5 seater sofa bed, sideboard, wooden coffee table, occasional table, wall unit with ornaments, lamp, stereo, 2 ceiling fan lights, coasters, wooden dining table and four chairs. The window looks out to the front of the property.
The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, hot water tank, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the outside galleria.
There is a downstairs shower-room with shower tray and curtain, sink, mirror and window. The bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the bathroom.
The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers and 2 hanging storage units, 2 bedside cabinets with 2 drawers, 2 bedside lamps, ceiling fan light, mirror and 2 blankets for the winter.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers and 2 hanging storage units, 1 bedside cabinet with 2 drawers, a bedside lamp, ceiling fan light, mirror. There are patio doors that lead out onto the balcony.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror with lights and a window.
Carry on up the internal stairs and you have the roof solarium which has views of the surrounding area and the sea.
There are 8 patio chairs, 1 large patio table, 2 small patio tables, 2 sunloungers, parasol and base that can be used on the porch area, balcony off of the second bedroom or on the roof terrace.
Additional items: safe, clothes airer, iron, ironing board, torch.
The property has the use of 2 communal pools which are located to the rear of the property along with the large gardens.
bed linen and 1 bath towel per person will be provided. each/pool towels available at an additional cost if required.
No smoking in the property. No pets.
The property is not suitable for wheelchairs due to the 2 steps leading up to the property and the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor.
Parking is available on the road outside the property or in the underground car park.
Grocery packs can be provided for your arrival, so you can enjoy a cup of tea/coffee or glass of wine on your arrival. Ideal especially for those late night or Sunday arrivals when the shops are not open.
You can walk to the many bars, restaurants, supermarket and shops at Punta Prima in less than 10 minutes.
Facilities
You can walk to the many bars and restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, including Dinastia, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar. Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Prima Commercial centre along with a Wok Buffet,Greta Garbos a Ia carte restaurant, coffeshop and a Subway cafe. Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurants, both Spanish and both highly recommended. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese and Shivuum Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Sports bar a supermarket,Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access.
Activities
Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a Ia carte, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar - All ar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars. The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.
Driving distance from the property you have 4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 15 minute walk. There are several beaches within a 5-10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive.

Air-conditioning/heating and departure cleaning is included in the rental price. A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability. You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay. A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning. Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. To allow guests to search for the cheapest flights, arrival and departure dates are flexible subject to being available. NIGHTLY RATE will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. i.e. Weekly rate divided by 7 to give nightly rate.
