Vacation Rental Description
This modern air-conditioned property, is set in a great location. It has 2 bedrooms with 4 twin beds, the 2 in the master bedroom can be put together to make a double bed. It has a spacious lounge with 2, 2 seater sofas enabling 4 people to be accommodated easily. There is a dining table for 4 people. There is satellite TV, and DVD and a CD/MP3 player. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven & ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. The 2 bedrooms, one with a safe, have lots of built in wardrobe space and both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and portable stand fans, hair dryer.It has a fully equipped bathroom comprising bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet. There is an additional en-suite shower room to the master bedroom. There is lots of outdoor space so you are able to enjoy outdoor dining and sunbathing, including a large private roof top solarium which gives great views of the sea and a large private garden area overlooking the pool.

There is a wall safe, and a hairdryer in bedroom. There are ample fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms. The master bedroom has the added attraction of an en-suite shower room/toilet. Both bedrooms have ceiling and stand fans. Garage and on-street parking available.
Activities
This property is on a small complex, a 10 minute walk to the shops, bars, banks, and a variety of restaurants, and 100 metres from a large supermarket. There are 4 blue-flag beaches, 4 excellent golf courses and the Aquapolis Water Park all a 10 minute car journey away. Also close by, in Torrevieja town, is the Habaneras Shopping Centre for those who like shopping! The towns of Guardamar, Elche, Mar Menor and Alicante are all well within easy reach where there are excellent beaches and restaurants. The front at Torrevieja is also a great place to visit with its hippy market, port and promenade where there are lots of bars, restaurants and a casino. There is also a funfair for the kids to enjoy at night time. For those wanting to travel a little further Benidorm is just over an hour away where there is Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, & Mundo Mar. This is a lovely location for a holiday for families and couples alike.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. Cleaning charge is paid locally, 40 euros, including laundry (bedding and towels). Please supply your own beach/pool towels. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged at a cost of 30-40 euros each way depending on whether Murcia or Alicante and time required. If you do not require this service our agent will meet you at the property with the keys. Detailed directions will be sent after balance is recieved.
