Vacation Rental Description

New two bedroomed 2nd floor apartment, set in a quiet residential location. Fully air-conditioned with balcony and private roof solarium. A staircase takes you to the property with a gate onto the balcony area which has a table and four relaxer chairs, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with a glass of local sangria or wine. With the property being westerly facing, it remains cool for dining and provides beautiful sunsets every day.

Through the front door is the air-conditioned living room with dining area. This room is fitted with high quality furniture, including a leather two seat sofa, two individual leather armchairs, chest of drawers, dining table with 4 chairs, wooden coffee table, wall unit, stand alone corner lamp, wall pictures, key cabinet, rug and ornamental plants.

For entertainment, there is a television with a number of English channels. A DVD player is situated underneath - feel free to bring your own DVD's. In the cupboard are a selection of children's board games and books in the wall unit.

Through the archway there is a fully tiled kitchen, fitted with marble worktop and comprises a large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven with ceramic hob, crockery, utensils and cutlery. An iron and ironing board is supplied together with a coolbox. Through the door at the rear of the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine and hot water heater.

The main bedroom has air-conditioning, a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, two bedside lamps, picture above bed and is fitted with a huge wardrobe with sliding doors. Hangers are provided. Inside the wardrobe is a floor safe with key and combination. Duvets, sheets and pillows are supplied with spares. Shelves are fitted on one wall and a full length mirror on another. The second bedroom (air-conditioned) has two single beds, bedside cabinet with drawers, lamp, fitted wardrobe with hangers. Duvets (winter)are supplied with sheets and pillows with spares.

The large bathroom is fitted with toilet, bidet, bath with shower, linen basket, anti-slip bath mat, mirror and towel rails.

The private roof solarium, with sunshine all day, is supplied with 2 sunlougers and two chairs, and a collapsible wall clothes dryer. A parasol and base are also supplied.

There is parking in the quiet road outside the property but also a private secure underground parking bay.
There is a communal pool set in attractive gardens closeby for residents use.

Bed linen plus a hand and bath towel per person are provided.

A car is advisable although there are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja and a local bus service to the beaches. There is a taxi rank at a nearby supermarket. Shops, restaurants, bars and several smaller and larger supermarkets, such as Mercadona, Carrefour, Consum, Eroski, Aldi and Lidl are with a five minute walk. Car hire and airport pick-up can be arranged. Main airports are Alicante (40 minutes) and Murcia (San Javier)(20 minutes)by car. Budget carriers such as Ryanair, Easyjet, BMI Baby and Fly Monarch use one or both airports. The apartment is five minutes from the N332.

There are some beautiful beaches nearby. Punta Prima is only minutes away.Safe,clean and larger beaches are situated at Campoamor,Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Playa Flamenca.
Go-carting track on the N332 (5 minutes by car) for juniors and adults.
Tennis Centre in Torrevieja.
Aquapolis Waterpark - summer months.
Four golf courses with a 10-20 minute drive at Villamartin, Campoamor, La Finca, Las Ramblas. Can be booked on-line.
The Ozone complex with Casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants is a 8-10 minute drive away.
Torrevieja town and marina is a 10 minute drive. It has a variety of restaurants, bars and shops and a promonade with market stalls. Nightly fun fair during summer.There is a harbour offering boat rides and the Delfin S62 submarine.
Las Habaneras shopping Centre has three storeys of shops (including Zara,book shop,H&M etc) about 10 minutes drive.
Horse riding at Campoamor and jet-skiing off Campoamor beach.

Changeovers any day of the week. Refundable deposit of £100 in cash is required at start of rental and then returned at end of stay - subject to no damage or excess cleaning costs. Credit or debit card payments subject to 5% surcharge. Welcome packs (grocery) from 15 Euros.Small charge for beach towels (10E), travel cot 15E) first week, 7.50E thereafter, high chair (15E) first week, 7.50E thereafter. Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged. If arriving between 11.30pm and 07.30am, late arrival charge of 30E for keys handover. No additional costs for cleaning at end of stay.
