Casa Joesam is a new apartment on a popular development in Los Altos on the beautiful Costa blanca. Blue flag beaches are within easy reach of the property and the good shopping facilities of Torrevieja are nearby, although Los Altos, Punta Prima and La Zenia are also well catered for, with retail outlets and many bars/cafes and restaurants representing many different nationalities.

The apartment is situated next to a lovely large community pool with a childrens' play area at the bottom of the road.

The acommodation is equipped to a high standard, with one double bed room and a twin room. There is a shower room with toilet and a family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There is a separate kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board, as well as the usual range of kitchen utensils. The property has aircon/heating, TV, DVD, music system and a safe for your valuables.

Outside on the front terrace is a table and 4 chairs for you to enjoy your evening meal in the beautiful balmy evenings with a glass of the local vino in the Spanish way. At the rear of the accommadation is a completely enclosed terrace for you to enjoy your privacy if you prefer. There is also a barbecue.

Everything at Casa Joesam is geared for you to enjoy your holiday in this part of Spain, whether it be quiet days by the pool, sun bathing on the beutiful Mediteranean beaches or plenty of retail therapy, or all three.
