Vacation Rental Description
This is a Southerly facing 1st floor apartment, located opposite the communal pool on the small complex of La Cinuelica, R3. The apartment has a balcony and roof solarium so attracts all-day sunshine, living/dining room, tiled kitchen, tiled bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms.
The living/dining room has hot and cold air conditioning, 3 seater and 2 seater sofas (sofa bed), wooden furniture; coffee table, unit for TV, nest of tables, dining table and 4 chairs.
For entertainment you have a flat screen television and DVD player. English television channels.
The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a door leading out to the galleria area with hot water tank, washing machine and microwave.
There are metal stairs that take you up to the roof solarium with sunloungers.
The main bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside unit with drawers, lamp, fitted wardrobe with hangers, pictures.
The second bedroom also has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet with drawers, lamp, pictures.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror with lights and a window.
There is a patio table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining.
The property overlooks the communal pool, with children's shallow area is surrounded with grass, trees and plants.
Bed linen and towels are provided (beach/pool towels can be provided if required).
No smoking in the property. No pets.
The property is unsuitable for wheelchair access or elderly or infirm who are unable to negotiate stairs.
The property is ideal for couples, families, golfers.
There is underground parking or parking on the road close to the property.
Additional items include; safe, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum, information pack.
Walking distance from the property you have ….
Several supermarkets including; Mercadona (1 min walk), Consum, Mas y Mas, Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi, Eroski.
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports Bar, Liberty's, Lime Bar a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access.
Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Scampi's fish and chips, Stallions a la carte, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar.
Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week. A great night out.
Punta Prima Commercial Centre with Eroski supermarket, Wok buffet, Chinese restaurant, Murphys bar, Greta Garbos restaurant, Italian restaurant, English clothes shop, cosmetics shop, electrical shop, petrol station.
Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurants.
The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.
Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 20 minute walk.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, 20 mins drive. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, approx 10-15 mins drive.
Torrevieja town is approx 10 mins drive, variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Promenade with market stalls. Nightly fun fair during the summer. Harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are several beaches within 10 minutes drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (incl C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) underground parking. 10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants are a 10 minute drive away.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open June to September. Pacha nightclub.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer.

Air-conditioning is included. Euros accepted, please e-mail for rates. Non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability. You will be met at the property with the keys. A grocery pack can be provided. Refundable damage deposit of £100/€150 is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning. Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost. Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added. If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY, UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
