This 2 bedroomed 2nd floor apartment with private roof terrace sleeps up to 6 people. The lounge/dining area is equipped with 2 roof fans, and sofa bed. The main bedroom has 1 roof fan and a double bed with two singles in the second bedroom.

The complex has 2 large communal swimming pools complete with grassed areas for lounging around while your kids play!

There are Now Four Complex Within a 10 Minute Walk Containing a Multitude of Bars and Restaurants, the Best Being Via Park III featuring Chinese/Indian and English Restaurants, Karaoke Bars and a Sports Bar along with a Supermarket Well Stocked with British Products.

The town of Torrevieja is just a short car drive away.

The apartment is just 5 minutes from the A7 motorway Junction 738. A full set of directions will be provided to guests including maps to guide you from Murcia Airport which is a maximum of 30 minutes away and Alicante which is a maximum of 45 Minutes away.

Airport Transfers Can Be arranged, the current rates are €35 each way from either Murcia or Alicante with a €5 surcharge each way for night transfers after 21:00 hrs

Low Season Price : £160
High Season Price : £250 per Week

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week will be needed to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. If travel is within 8 weeks of booking the full amount must be paid.

KEY DEPOSIT/ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE: A separate cheque £50 is requested for issue of keys and to cover accidental damage to the apartment. Your cheque will be returned to you, once the keys have been safely received by us on your return home, and assuming no damage has been caused to the apartment.

All Prices are Inclusive of Cleaning.

All Types of Payment Accepted, Cash (Sterling or Euros in Resort),Cheques, Credit Card via PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer.
