Vacation Rental Description
This three bedroom, two bathroom detached villa with private pool is ideally situated for the holiday-maker looking for the traditional sea and sun relaxation, and also for the dedicated golfer with a choice of courses only minutes away by car. This single storey villa comprises of master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, further double bedroom and a twin bedroom, family shower room. The fully fitted kitchen also benefits from a microwave and dishwasher. Separate utility room housing washing machine. The lounge/dining has comfy seating for six people, TV and DVD player, with stairs leading up to the turret providing roof access.
The property is supplied with everything that you would need for an enjoyable stay.
Outside, you will find the private swimming pool, large table and chairs for al-fresco dining, and off-road parking. The garden area is very sunny and offers lots of space for sunbathing.
Our La Zenia villa is located a 10-15 minute walk from the beach, local bars, restaurants, mini-supermarket and a bank, and is an ideal choice for families and small groups. The closest beach, on foot, is Cala Bosque at La Zenia; by car, Cala Capitan at Cabo Roig would be closer.
There are many local water sports available, as well as go-karts, cinema, fishing and two water parks.
The area is known as the 'golfer's triangle' which is made up of three local courses: Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin all within a 5 minute drive. Another two golf courses: La Finca and Roda, are within a 20 minute drive. This area is a golfer's paradise with golf being played all year round. The world famous La Manga Club is also within an hour's drive.
The villa is less than a 25 minute drive from Murcia-San Javier Airport, and 45 minutes from Alicante and both are served by the budget airlines.

Weekly prices are inclusive of linen and cleaning charge. We can also provide a mid-week cleaning service, at additional cost, if required. For the comfort of future guests, smoking outside only please. Booking deposit 50%. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £200. Please bring own beach towels. A welcome pack containing 15 items can be arranged for your arrival at a cost of €28. Competitive car hire or airport transfers can be arranged.
