Vacation Rental Description
This large house is set in private grounds with palm trees and tropical shrubs. There is lots of space for private parking, dining Al Fresco and sunbathing around the pool. The house also offers several shady terraces too. This extensive property has much to offer guests of all ages and the pool area is gated making it perfectly safe for children. There are also bedrooms on the ground floor level making this a perfect location for anyone with walking difficulties too.
We are sure your holiday will be complete with a range of amenities on the doorstep including banks, supermarkets, café bars and restaurants. There is also a bus service into Benidorm nearby and a taxi rank within a few minutes walk.
There is an impressive entrance which also has dining facilities and wooden doors opening to the extensive lounge which is furnished with leather sofas and has wall mounted flat screen TV offering SKY. There is a second dining table in this room plus additional seating. The shape of this room with its rounded windows is very appealing.
The kitchen is well equipped with large "American" style fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and microwave.
On the ground floor you will find a twin room with bathroom next door which also has a shower plus a double room with en-suite shower facilities.
Upstairs is a large landing with seating area and lots of wardrobe and storage space. The master bedroom suite is stunning with large rounded windows, wall mounted flat screen TV with SKY box and a separate adjoining room with twin beds making this an ideal family room if required.
You will find two further triple rooms and a double room plus shower room and cloakroom.
ADSL is included at no extra cost and guests are welcome to bring their own SKY viewing cards for additional programmes.
The long driveway provides lots of private and secure parking. A large terrace which is furnished is at the front of the house plus a further terrace with table and chairs to the side. The pool area is on a lower level with a few steps leading down and this is gated making it safe for children. Around the pool area there are sun loungers and BBQ plus a lovely shady area with table and chairs. There is also a games room which has a football game, books and toys.
The separate annex is completely private with a lounge area and "American" style kitchen which is well equipped. There is a twin bedroom and shower room.
Facilities
This villa is ideal for all ages and caters well to anyone with walking difficulties as the lower floor has both a twin and double room and bathroom facilities. WIFI available free. Bicycles, cars and boats can be hired by the day or by the week as can children's and baby equipment, these must be pre-booked. We also offer safety deposit box hire, airport transfers and much more. Please ask us for information on the service you need to make your holiday perfect. A 20% (250 euro minimum)deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday. A 500€ damage deposit will also be required. All linen and towels are provided.
Activities
Villa Padre is within a few mintues walk of a large international supermarket, restaurant, bank, bus stop and taxi rank. There are lots of other restaurants café bars and amenities nearby. The bus service linking the area with Benidorm runs approximately every hour in Summer, not quite as frequently in the winter months.
The town of La Nucia has lots of facilities and you are also within a short distance of Alfaz del Pi which has a railway station to Alicante and Denia to the North.
Benidorm is a popular and all year round resort offering fantastic beaches and professional entertainment. There are plenty of golf courses to choose from and you also have theme parks and water parks and many other excursions on offer.
Markets around the towns are held weekly and offer good fruit and vegetable shopping as well as clothes and souveniers.
Travel Options
- Nearest Airport : Alicante at 45 kilometers distance;
- Nearest Train Station : Alfaz del Pi at 4 kilometers distance
- Nearest Town : La Nucia at 3 kilometers distance
- Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 5 minutes from junction 65 following the signs to La Nucia on the N332/CV70. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is Benidorm, you will need to take a short taxi drive from this station. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged from as little as 60€ for 4 people including luggage and we can arrange transport for much larger parties. we can also arrange daily or weekly car rental although a car is not essential at this property. Alternative airport is Valencia which is just 1 hour 20 minutes from this property - check out flight offers and bargains available with your local low cost airline.

Early booking discount available for dates between May and September 2012 if made before end of November 2011. We are able to arrange car hire, Airport Transfers (up to 16 persons or / 17+ persons in one vehicle), baby equipment and any other requirements you may have. A 20% deposit (minimum 250 euros) reserves accommodation with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival date. All bed linen and towels are provided and all prices quoted include for the departure clean and laundry costs (based on 18 person occupancy)- no hidden extras to pay. Long stay Winter Rentals are available at Villa Padre please ask for details.
