This lovely villa has been split to provide TWO completely self contained 2 bedroom apartments. Ideal for a large family or friends to holiday together but still have privacy and separate facilities. There is also a lovely private swimming pool with plenty of space for soaking up the sun and dining Al Fresco. Between November 2009 and May 2010 the upper apartment with 2 bedrooms is available for long stay winter lets at only 400 euros per month, please contact us for further details. 
 
Situated in a quiet residential area, the villa is just a short drive to the beaches of Benidorm, Albir, and Altea. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar are also within easy reach. The two apartments are comfortably furnished and equipped with satellite TV also included and air conditioning if required.  
 
The upper apartment has a lovely light living room with leather sofa´s and doors leading to the private terrace with BBQ. There are views of the pool from this room. The lower apartment has a large living room with large comfortable sofa´s and two sets of doors opening on to the terrace and pool area. This lounge has a feature fireplace and dining area. Both apartments have modern and well fitted kitchens with oven and hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Both are well equipped with everything that you would need including kettle, toaster etc.  
he entrance gates lead to the private parking and entrance to the upper apartment. A few steps down lead you to the entrance door of the lower apartment and also access to the pool and sunbathing areas.  
 
There is a lovely covered area with table and chairs for dining al fresco and also plenty of space around the pool. 
 
The upper apartment also has its own terrace with BBQ fitted. The swimming pool is a good size and maintained throughout the year.  
 
There is plenty of area to the side for dining and sunbathing. Sun loungers are available for your use.

For the use of the air-conditioning a supplement of 35 euros per apartment per week applies. We request that smoking is restricted to the outside areas.

La Nucia old town is close by. Every Sunday a very popular rastro (market) is held. The town also has excellent sports facilities including an indoor public swimming pool. Benidorm is within a 15 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and all year round entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are within easy driving distance from this property as is the golf course Villa Aitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Other coastal towns within easy reach are Villajoiosa known for its colourful buildings, Albir and the historic town of Altea with its old style typically white painted houses, church and town square where you can find gift and craft shops, artists and restaurants.

• Travel Info: Nearest airport Alicante, take the motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65 following the CV70 in the direction of La Nucia. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest train station is Alfaz del Pi, you will need to take a taxi from this station. An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged as can daily or weekly car rental

Upper apartment available for long stay winter rental from late October 2011 for either a 3 months or 6 months stay - only 350€ per month. Please contact us for more details. For holiday rentals the air-conditioning chargeable at a supplement of 35€ per apartment per week. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. All prices quoted include departure clean and laundry costs. Mid stay mini clean and laundry change included on 2 weeks or more bookings. Saturday to Saturday bookings preferred. Airport transfers can also be arranged from 60 euros for 4 people including luggage. We can book excursions, golf days and much much more to make your holiday special, please just ask us. A 20% deposit (minimum 250 euros) will secure your dates with the balance payable 56 days before you travel. A 500 euro damage deposit refundable after your stay will be required. Payments accepted by credit or debit card.
