You will find the villa in a residential area on the outskirts of the town of La Nucia. The house is well equipped for your stay and has two bedrooms sleeping 4 people plus a sofa bed for additional guests. 
Just a short drive and you can enjoy the beaches, shopping, waterparks and theme parks and much more.  
 
Available all year round, the villa has air conditioning and gas central heating for the winter months. A conservatory style room will be popular with winter guests offering them a light and comfortable place to relax. 
The private pool has lots of terrace around for soaking up the sun and shady spots to help you cool down and there is a lovely private garden full of tropical plants and palms as well as private off road parking. 
The entrance hall leads to a kitchen which has dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob and is well equipped for your stay. The lounge is "L" shaped with dining table seating 6 people comfortably. There is a feature open fireplace and satellite TV with multi-language channels including British, German and Spanish. A door from the lounge opens to a lovely terrace which makes the best of the afternoon and the evening sun. A spiral staircase leads from the terrace to the pool area below however this has a locking door which offers safety for children.  
 
You will find two bedroom each with twin beds. The master bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and offers 2 single beds together on a 6ft base making this useful for couples as well as singles. The second bedroom has twin beds and is a lovely large room also with wardrobes. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and you will also find the washing machine located in this room. 
 
Across from the house is a conservatory style room, glazed on 3 sides with a dining table seating 6, this is perfect for the evening or indeed for visitors during the winter months. 
Steps and pathways lead all around this villa giving access to all areas. At the rear of the house, great for evening sun and very private, you will find a sunny terrace with two sun loungers and there are also facilities for clothes drying here. A few steps lead down to the pool area where you will find table and chairs and a lovely shaded terrace with two metal sofas, perfect for cooling off or relaxing with a book. 
 
The pool is 8 meters by 4 meters and has a ladder leading into the shallow end. The depth of the pool is approximately 1.20 meters and at the deep end 2 meters, great for splashing around or even a serious swim. 
 
The villa has private parking for two cars as well as further parking on the road. Air conditioning is available as well as heating for the winter months.

Baby equipment including cots and high chairs, hairdryer, bicycles can be arranged but must be pre-booked. We also offer welcome food hampers, special occasion hampers, airport transfers, car hire, and much more. Please ask us for information on the service you need to make your holiday perfect. La Nucia old town is close by. Every Sunday a very popular rastro (market) is held. The town also has excellent sports facilities including an indoor public swimming pool. Benidorm is within a 15 minute drive of this property which offers beautiful award winning beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and all year round entertainment, there is something to suit all ages. Lots of fiestas happen during the year including the Film Festival held in Alfaz on the edge of Benidorm usually the first week in July - with famous actors and actresses attending. 
 
The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are within easy driving distance from this property as is the golf course Villaitana. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour.  
 
Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can all be done locally.

An airport transfer taking you door to door can be arranged as can daily or weekly car rental

All prices quoted include for clean and laundry on departure and for 14 nights or more a midstay mini clean and laundry change can be included. All bed linen and towels are provided however you will need to supply your own pool/beach towels. Prices based on 4 person occupancy, please add 20€uros for the use of the sofa bed. A 20% (250 €uro minimum) deposit secures a reservation with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A 500 euro breakage deposit will be required refundable after your stay. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.
