The apartment is on the second (top) floor of a modern block. It is on the edge of the small hill-top village of Xirles and has extensive views of the countrside and nearby mountains. It is South-facing and fully furnished with rustic furniture to a high standard. One bedroom has a double bed whilst the other has two singles, with a central bathroom. The area is ideal for hill-walking, rock-climbing, etc. whilst the holiday resort of Benidorm and nearby Terra Mitica and Aqua theme parks are only 20 mins away by car. 
 
Xirles village has a small super-market and a couple of nice restaurants whilst other facilities are available in the larger towns of Polop (5 mins) and La Nucia (8 mins) by car.
