Vacation Rental Description
Our Villa is second line to the beach/sea at Torre LaMata, Being 4km from Torrevieja, 2KM from LaMata & only 20Km from Alicante, 30Km from Murcia International Airports. There are local shops, bars & restaurants within easy walking distance with Banks and quality supermarkets which store all which is required. Local public transport is excellent and cheap. The local golden sandy beach is 15 minutes stroll.
Villa Nicole is a spacious modern 2 floor-3 bedroom, 2 bathroom & Shower-room with large sun-terrace & barbecue areas fully equipped comfortable Villa.
Being exclusive of 14 which have privileged use of shared 3 linked pools & garden area that is located adjacent to the Quad Villa. And is 800m from Blue Flagged Golden Beaches.
The stunning coastline of sandy beaches with Awards. Rocky quaint secret coves, beautiful pools, idyllic harbours in the pretty villages with palm tree-lined promenades: make this part of Spain amongst the Sunniest and Healthiest in the World.
In the area are tourist attractions which include nearby Aqua Parks, Terramitica and much more. There are chalenging Golf Courses. From our Villa you can either choose to enjoy and relax using the many local facilities and comfortably furnished/fully equipped holiday home; or explore.
There are many lovely local walks especially along the coast using the palm tree prominades, etc.
Q: Where is the villa ?
The Villa is situated at La Mata, which is 4 km from Torreveija being 40 Km from Alicante & 30Km from Murcia International Airports. The Villa is in a community that shares both permanent residents and holiday visitors.
Q: How many bedrooms are there and how many can the villa sleep ?
There are 3 bedrooms, (2 twins and 1 double)-2 downstairs and 1 upstairs sleeping 6 comfortably with an additional facility for 1 in the lounge, if required. Access to the large sun terrace is from upstairs..
Q:Is there a pool ?
There is a large pool of approx. 30-ft with 2 child’s areas. This is a shared pool for the villas with safe access.
Q: How far to the local facilities and supermarket?
The local Mercadona supermarket is a 5-minute walk and is easily accessible stocking all that is required. The bars, restaurants and local shops are a short distance and stock a variety of choices.
There are 4 international golf courses-
Villa Martin, Campomar, Quesada, Las Ramblas-Etc And local water slide parks in Torrevieja and Quesada
Q: Where is the nearest beach ?
La Mata & Guardamar beach which is one of the best in the area, is a short walk from the villa of approx. 800 Mts. The beach is approx 10 km in length and houses facilities to enjoy your holiday; the beach also has lifeguards during the summer.

Bedrooms: 1 Double Bedroom, 2 Twin Bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms, (2 twins and 1 double)sleeping 6 comfortably with an additional facility for 1 in the lounge, if required. Access to the large sun terrace is from upstairs.. Bathrooms: 2 Bathrooms, 1 Shower. Having 2 bathrooms and a Finnish Shower along with all to make your stay comfortable Kitchen: Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, Iron. Modern fully equipped kitchen with Microwave, Family sized Fridge/Freezer, Washing-machine and lots more Dining: Seating for 6. A nice sized lounge with dining area opening into the kitchen Entertainment: Satellite TV, Video, Radio, CD System, Board Games. A Satellite TV with British Chennels, CD/Radio, Board Games and all you need for your enjoyment Outside: Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Balcony, Garden Furniture. Large patio & set, barneque, sun-terrace looking over the pool & garden area
Activities
There are 4 international golf courses-
Villa Martin, Campomar, Quesada, Las Ramblas-Etc
800 mts from EEC Blue Flag Awarded LaMata/Quesada Beach there are lots of beach-sea activities during the summer months (June-September).
Being home for local residents & visiting holidaymakers. No package holidays come to this area, the Spanish have kept it to themselves & value the area for family, quality relaxing holidays.
TerriMitica the WaltDisney Theme Parc is an hours drive. 2 Aqua Parcs are within 10 minutes drive at Torrevieja & Quesada and there is the use and fun of the pools and garden area alongwith teh adjacent Childrens play area.
Torreveija is a local bus journey of 10 minutes costsing 50p which houses the largest Spanish Fishing Fleet a Harbour and many tourist attractions and local water slide parks in Torrevieja and Quesada. You can also use of the beautiful adjacent pools which has a safe childrens area.
