Vacation Rental Description
The apartment is on the top floor of 3 and is serviced by 2 lifts.At the front of the building there is a disabled ramp for easy access into the building. BEDROOMS :- 1) Twin room with built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, Fan, a fitted safe
& Patio doors leading to balcony.
2) Double room with chest of drawers bedside cabinet & fan.
BATHROOM :- Has full size bath with shower, WC, mirror with lights & storage unit.
KITCHEN :- There is a separate kitchen complete with cooker & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine,
microwave, pots pans & cutlery.
LIVING ROOMS:- Lounge area with 3 & 2 seater leather settee's 2 pine storage units, TV, DVD, CD/Radio and a
variety of DVD's & books, a fan & patio doors leading to balcony.
Dinning area with pine table & 4 chairs,
Other:- The balcony is enclosed and has at one end furtheer dining table and chairs at the other end a
double sofa bed.
Cleaning etc. All linen and towels are provided ( please bring your own beach towels ) The apartment is cleaned
before you arrive and again when you depart this is included in the price.
Facilities
There is a communal pool with a childrens pool and seating in an enclosed area. There is also a communal garden area, we have chairs that can be used for outside. La Mata beach is a 5 min walk from the apartment there are several beaches a short drive away all with blue flags. There are several golf courses within a half hour drive from La Mata, the best known is Villa Martin. A local bus runs from close to the apartment to Torrevieja centre at 20 minute intervals. La Mata is 45/50 kilometers from Alicante & Murcia Airports. There are a lot of interesting places to visit within half hours drive or can be reaches by bus fron Torrevieja, ie. Alicante, Elche, Cartagena,Santa Pola, Murcia & Benidorm. You could of course just relax on the beach!
Activities
There are very nice walks in the Nature Park facing the apartment, you can follow the pathway to the salt lake look at the birds and fish, there is a picnic area if you want to make it a day out.
