This is a lovely one bedroom apartment located in La Mata, Torrevieja, and a pleasant 15 minute walk from the beach. The apartment block is well presented, with clean and attractive communal areas, and is supplied with both lifts and stairs.

There are shops, bars, and restaurants close by, and a local bus service.

The apartment is fully furnished to ensure a great holiday. You will find satellite TV with your favourtie English channels, DVD, radio/CD player, oven/hob, washing machine, and microwave.

There is a communal pool which is suitable for both children and adults, with a couple of pool showers, and plenty of space for sunbathing.

Torrevieja is just a short drive away where you will find a larger range of shops, restaurants, bars, and the lovely marina.

There are many Blue Flag beaches to choose from along the coast of the Costa Blanca.

There are plenty of excellent golf courses to choose from locally. La Manga is also within an hour's drive.

The apartment is also available for long-term lets.

The apartment is around a 30 minute drive from Alicante Airport, and 40 minutes from Murcia-San Javier. Both are served by the major budget airlines.

Holiday guests wishing to use the air conditioning should request this on booking as there is an additional charge of 20€ per week.

Booking deposit 50%. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £200.

Please bring own beach towels. A welcome pack can be arranged for your arrival at an additional cost.

Competitive car hire or airport transfers can be arranged.
