This is a well presented two bedroom apartment in the Miramar complex, located in La Mata, Torrevieja, Costa Blanca South and a pleasant 15 minute walk from the beach. The apartment block is well presented, with clean and attractive communal areas, and is supplied with both lifts and stairs.

There are shops, bars, and restaurants close by, and a local bus service.

Torrevieja is just a short drive, or bus ride, away where you will find a larger range of shops, restaurants, bars, and the lovely marina.

There are many Blue Flag beaches to choose from along the coast of the Costa Blanca.

There are plenty of excellent golf courses to choose from locally. La Manga is also within an hour's drive.

Murcia-San Javier Airport is around 25 minutes by car, and Alicante Airport around 40 minutes. Both are served by the major budget airlines.

The apartment is fully furnished and perfect for both the holiday maker and the longer term guest (discount available). You will find a TV, DVD, oven/hob, washing machine, and microwave.

Bedroom one has a double bed and built-in wardrobes, and bedroom two has twin beds and built-in wardrobe. The good sized family bathroom includes bath with shower over.

There is a fabulous roof top solarium, ideal for sunbathing, which offers sea views.

There is a communal pool which is suitable for both children and adults, which offers pool showers and plenty of space for sunbathing.

High Season Price : £240 per Week

Weekly prices are inclusive of linen and cleaning charge.

Booking deposit 50%. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £200.

Please bring own beach towels.

A welcome pack containing 15 items can be arranged for your arrival at a cost of €28.

Competitive car hire or airport transfers can be arranged.
