50% deposit required at time of booking. Final balance due 4 weeks prior to date of arrival. Refundable security deposit of £100 required with final payment. Returned once the property has been checked after your departure and keys returned.
70 euros to be paid locally for exit clean.
If the tenant(s) which to cancel the booking the deposit shall be refunded providing the Landlord(s) are able to re-rent the premises for the chosen dates. Payments accepted in both Sterling and Euros Via bank transfer.
