The housing complex has a large communal pool with separate baby pool. This property benefits from a large outside area for both dining and sunbathing, as well as a spacious roof terrace. All amenities within walking distance to include a variety of bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets, children’s playground and crazy golf. This villa is very well equipped with all the comforts of home including air-conditioning, both hot and cold, TV / DVD,satellite TV, stereo and BBQ. Ground floor: lounge, kitchen, utility room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with single bed with single guest bed, bathroom. First floor, large double bedroom, en-suite with shower, spacious roof terrace. Please note, first floor accessed by outside staircase. La Marquesa golf course is a 5 min drive away. Other course within 30min drive. 30 minutes drive from Alicante airport. Nearby towns include Guardarmar and Torrevieja with their busy nightlife, night markets, funfairs and bustling promenades.

50% deposit required at time of booking. Final balance due 4 weeks prior to date of arrival. Refundable security deposit of £100 required with final payment. Returned once the property has been checked after your departure and keys returned. 50 euros to be paid locally for exit clean. If the tenant(s) which to cancel the booking the deposit shall be refunded providing the Landlord(s) are able to re-rent the premises for the chosen dates. Payments accepted in both Sterling and Euros Via bank transfer.
