The house is built on three levels; ground floor with outside patio garden and gated driveway has lounge and dining areas, plenty of room for six adults, separate fully fitted kitchen and cloakroom with full size shower, w.c. and handbasin, first floor has a full size bathroom with bath, shower, w.c. and handbasin, main bedroom with patio doors and balcony, fitted wardrobe and double bed, second bedroom with fitted wardrobe and twin beds, the second floor is the solarium with loungers, a shower and views to the mountains. All rooms have ceiling fans, mosquito nets on all windows and outside doors. The property benefits from a burglar alarm, a safe and security grills on all doors and windows. Air conditioning is available in the first floor area, charged at €25 per week, if required. In the lounge there is a tv with English channels and a dvd player, and cd system. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, full size oven with 4 ring ceramic hob and a dish washer. A washing machine is located in a small utility room on the top floor. There is ample outside seating and a barbecue on the grpound floor level, parasols on the top and ground floors, and beach equipment. Beach towels can be hired (€5 each) which can save on your luggage allowance!! All other towels and bed linen are supplied free of charge, and water and elctricity is included in the rental charge. The villa has a beautiful communal pool which is available only to residents and renters on the residence, access is by key (provided) so it is very safe and there is also a children´s pool. There are only two roads into the development, which are private and speed limit is 5 kph, and there is an overflow car park available to residents and their guests. It is a very friendly, quiet development with many of the owners being permanent residents. A very good supermarket, shops, banks, bars and restaurants, doctors´surgery and tourist information are within 5-10 minutes walk with more shops, etc a further 5 minutes away. The beach is approximately 5 kms away from the house and a car is preferable, although there is a bus which runs into the Pueblo (La Marina village) and the beach, and many taxis which are very cheap (approximately €5-10 to the beach). The beach has beautiful white sand, sand dunes and is backed by fir trees, it is quite unspoilt and very relaxing. There are three restaurants on the beach and life guards are on duty during the high season.
