Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful detached 2 bedroom villa which has been extended and modernised with beautiful views front and back, there is sun all day, on entering the villa there is a enclosed terrace,leading to a open terrace with sea glimpses towards Guardamar.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM.
Light and airy with seating, dining table and chairs,LCD T.V, D.V.D player, there are many CDs and DVDs for you to watch. There is air conditioning.(available for extra cost)

KITCHEN.
Very large modern fully fitted and equipped with everything you need, oven, hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave there are beautiful views towards the mountains and there is a door to outside.

BATHROOM.
Full size bath with shower above, storage cupboard, vanity basin with large mirror and lights above.

BEDROOM 1.
With views to the front and sea glimpse towards Guardamar, 2 single beds, built in wardrobe, TV and DVD, bedside table, chest of draws and mirror.

BEDROOM 2.
Large bedroom with beautiful views of the mountains, double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of draws, dressing table with mirror and TV.

OUTSIDE.

UTILITY ROOM
At the back of the villa there is a utility room with washing machine, and sun beds and cushions, garden chairs and parasol.

REAR TERRACE. With 2 tables, washing line, various pots with plants. There is a gate you go through to get to the pool.

FRONT TERRACE
On entering through the gate there is a built in table and bench seats,steps up to the villa, there is a covered drive where you can keep your car in the shade if you desire or there is ample parking on the street outside the villa.

POOL
The private communal pool is at the back of the villa, it is a good size and well kept with chairs and tables.

Clean linen is provided, but you need to bring your own bath and beach towels.

The villa is in a great location, only 20 minutes drive from Alicante Airport or 40 minutes drive from Murcia Airport.

Only 6 minutes walk from the villa there is the new Consum shopping area, with large supermarket, many restaurants and bars, British bakers, laundry, news agents, butchers and pie shop. 2 of the bars have internet access, so if you have your laptop you can enjoy a drink and surf the net.
If you don't want to hire a car there are buses that go through the urbanisation.

AROUND THE AREA

In the local area there is a large choice of bars and restaurants, several large supermarkets, 2 swimming pool complexes, internet cafe, also the Irish bar has internet access, so if you have your laptop you can enjoy a nice drink or coffee, sit in the sun and keep in touch with those at home. Market days are Thursday and Sunday in La Marina, and on Saturday there is a large market in Santa Pola.
Very close to the villa there is a Iceland and a Lidl supermarket.

There are 4 Golf courses within a 30 min drive. Elche has a safari park only approx 15 mins away. Benidorm and their Terra Mitica theme park is less than an hour away.
You could visit the island of Tabarca, where you can spend the day swimming or snorkeling in the beautiful clear waters, and enjoy a drink and something to eat.
If you dont fancy driving there are coaches that leave from the village.
Whatever kind of holiday you are looking for ours is the place to go as it offers so much, within the villa and around the area, either just to relax or to travel around seeing the beautiful sites around the area.

There are 4 championship golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
The beautiful natural beach of La Marina is only 5 minutes away.
Santa Pola is 10 minutes drive,it is a fishing village and you can go by boat to a Tabarca where you can spend the day swimming or snorkeling in the beautiful clear waters and enjoy something to eat or drink. Santa Pola has a lovely beach and marina. Also there are the salt flats and if you like to take photo's you will love it here, with the pink flamingos etc.
Guardamar is only 5 minutes drive, again it has a lovely beach and prom, with many restaurants where you can sit and watch the world go by. There is a park with Ducks, Swans,Peacocks and Squirrels.

We accept payment in Stirling or Euros. A £150.00 non returnable deposit is required when booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks before holiday date. £100.00 breakage deposit required with the balance, and will be returned within 14 days of your departure, after the villa has been inspected. 45 Euros to be paid on arrival for the final clean. If you require air conditioning there is a charge of 45 Euros. 10 Euros a week for internet access. Longer winter lets only €500.00 per month + bills.
