The Javea area enjoys the record for the highest hours of sunshine per year than any other place in Spain.

Villa Clarinda is a well appointed, self catering property with an attractive, level landscaped garden in a peaceful location. The shaded terrace and barbecue area overlook the secluded 8 m x 4 m pool, which is surrounded by ample sunbathing space. The villa is offered fully equipped and includes all necessary linen, towels, cooking utensils and crockery, together with outdoor furniture. In short, everything that is needed for the perfect, relaxing holiday. For golfers there is the added bonus of Javea Golf Club being only 5 minutes drive away.

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by bank transfer or cheque as agreed. Refundable deposit of £150 is payable with final balance and will be returned within 7 days following final check on property, subject to no damage claims.
