The position of Casa Isabella, within a few minutes of the lively atmosphere of Jávea’s Arenal beach, makes it the ideal choice for a relaxing and carefree summer holiday, an out of season break, or a long winter stay. 
 
This high quality villa in its beautiful setting is set in a small, mature development of two-storey, linked villas around lawns, palm trees and flowering shrubs, and two lagoon-style pools. In the villa’s small, hedged garden there is an abundance of shrubs - hibiscus, poinsettia, roses and jasmine.  
 
Inside, the villa is spacious and comfortable. On the ground floor are an entrance lobby, a very large living area, kitchen/utility area and a large, modern shower room/cloakroom. A wide staircase leads to the first floor hallway, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony. The front porch, with its south-westerly aspect, is ideal for catching the afternoon/evening sun, very appealing in the winter months.  
 
The Arenal beach, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops, is an easy stroll of about 300 metres, and the attractive port and historic old town of Jávea can be reached by bus or by car in minutes.

    • There are 3 bedrooms - one double with king-size bed & balcony and two twin-bedded rooms. The bathroom has bath, shower, bidet, basin & wc and the ground floor shower room has basin & wc. An open-plan living room consists of a lounge recess & a dining/seating area with double patio doors opening directly into the garden. The kitchen has double sink, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, walk in larder & utility area with dishwasher, washing machine & drying facilities. A private, gated garden has a patio with dining table, chairs, BBQ, recliners & sunshade, and there is also a south-west facing front ‘porch’ with table & chairs. There is covered parking by the villa, and in/out electronic vehicle gates. There is also a pedestrian entrance to the villa through delightful communal gardens. Villa cleaned between lets. Weekly linen change and refresher clean. Hand/bath towels provided – please bring your swimming towels.
